Question: i will submit a bit for $450, please let me know if the value of your items is over $20,000.00 i will have to amend my insurance for the extra value, it will effect the shipping price. thanks michael (8/18/2009)
Response: $20,000 will cover the value of the paintings. Can you blanket wrap them and secure them upright for transport? Blanket wrapped they will take up about 2' of space by 94" longest dimension by about 82" height. 1st week of September would work for me with a 3 day delivery time would be great. (8/19/2009)
Question: Barbara, just to be helpful, most cargo insurance companies exclude artwork. Make sure your carrier has proof, not just of insurance, but insurance for original artwork. Hope this helps you. (8/19/2009)
