Response: Here is my situation...I have moved to Philadelphia and have a few items left in my house for staging purposes in Germantown while trying to sell it. I signed a contract for sale last monday, and had inspections done yesterday. Therefore, I am preparing to clean the house of any left staging items and send them to my son. The buyers of my house have made some ridiculous request after receiving the inspection report and now I am not sure if the deal is even going to happen. I have just countered their offer and am presently waiting on their response. So, unless you are not leaving until tomorrow(earliest I will know)..then shipping may not be an option. (8/9/2009)
