Response: good morning i have listed incomplete list since i am in new york and need to be back in pa to get all items ready so best for me would be wednesday or thursday and there may be a few more items to add to my list (11/2/2009)

Response: we need to set up an pick up and delivery time so i can be there pick up is in a private house and delivery is in elevator building in manhattan service allowed only between 9 to 4 pm. and i also need some tolerance on what can bring rest of items maybe a desk / table etc. (11/2/2009)
