Questions for this shipment:

Question: If they keep fainting, It should be an easy, quiet transport? (3/20/2009)
Response: Ha ha, haven't heard that one before (rolls eyes) (3/20/2009)
Question: is there any chance you could ship around the 26th of march with delivery around the 1st of april? (3/20/2009)
Response: Unfortunately a few of the doelings were born at the beginning of march and will not be weaned in time for that date. (3/20/2009)
Question: we have a 65' air ride van. would the buck need to be seprate from the doelings? have not idea what to charge so will keep a watch on your auction and see if we can help. we could give them a box stall. I do have a question though..so Ive seen fainting goats on TV and youtube. are they more for pets and entertainment or what do you do with them??? How much do they cost? we might be interested in getting 1 or 2. they would fit right in here at our little farm. thank you, baconnlegs (brenda) (3/20/2009)
Response: Yeah, the buck would have to be separate just in case. However, he could be kept in a large crate for the ride as long as he was let out for potty breaks and to stretch his leg. He is friendly and I believe he is trained to show so he should walk on leash, but I can double check on that. Fainting goats are a meat breed, but they were on the endangered list for a while, so people mainly raise them as pets or to show. They are really quite comical and very sweet goats. The place where I'm getting the goats from raises the "mini silky" version of fainting goats which have long silky coats. Those run in the $750+ range. I raise short haired fainters as well that run in the $300+ range. You can get wethers for $50+ I will have babies available in May/June to go to new homes if you're interested. Thanks! (3/20/2009)
Response: i am interested in a couple (2). will you have a buck and doe in may/june if im interested in breeding down the road? how soon would you want them transported? I will see how full we are and see if I can get you a good deal on shipping. I have a girl friend that lives in Fallon. We will be picking up a mare for her sometime in the next month or so out of TX. We are always going to Lexiington. KY so heading up to VA wont be a problem if we have other horses to pick up. let me know and ill see what we can do. tell me more about the goats and i would like to purchase 2 from you..boy and girl from a diffrent doe/buck for later down the road breeding if we decide to.. thanks, brenda (3/21/2009)
Response: Hi...I have a bid on my shipment that I may take as it seems pretty reasonable. As far as purchasing goats, if you come to Fallon, then you are welcome to come visit us. For this spring kidding, i have 7 does that are bred to the same buck, so I wouldn't be able to accomodate selling you a buckling and doeling out of different parents. However, I will have does bred to other bucks for fall/winter kids so if you come to Fallon every once in a while, I'm sure we could get a breeding program going. I would suggest starting w/purchasing 2 doelings and then a buckling later down the line or I can recommend some other breeders that you could purchase from. Let me know as I have a waiting list. If you can contact me personally I can give you my site address. (3/22/2009)
Response: sounds good. If we dont get ship them for you Ill contact the winning shipper and give him my number to give to you. I am interested in purchasing 2 doelings. How much are they? then maybe all look for a buck in a yr or so. Thanks a,d ill see about hauling them for you. we could give the 4 doelings a box stall and would need the buck in a crate. we can let him out when he we stop to feed and water. Thank you, baconnlegs (brenda) (3/22/2009)
Response: Let me know about shipping...and check your email as I sent you some info about my goats (3/22/2009)
Response: sounds good. i should hear form our driver sometime today. He was in AZ last night heading towards TX. He is out of range right now. Thanks, baconnlegs (brenda) (3/22/2009)
