Question: We are enroute to service a large job in NM and will be going your route. We would like to transport your items at a price that is affordable to you. We carry $1,000,000.00 of liability insurance and insure cargo at up to $50,000.00, at no additional cost to the customer. We transport all items in a 42ft enclosed carrier that has 110v lighting, climate control, and alarm system. The trailer can hold approx. 2000 cubic ft. of cargo at up to 35,000 lbs. We offer to load, drive, and unload. We would give you status updates while items are in transit for tracking purposes, along with providing you with a 24 hr business contact number. Response: We will do it for $250 as long as it is just 5 tires and not more. Is this correct? Also, we would need to pick up either this Wednesday afternoon Nov 19th or Thursday Nov 20th at the latest as we must arrive in Las Cruces, New Mexico by Sunday the 23rd. Will this work for you? Response: Randy, thanks for getting back to us and we will submit the bid. However, we will not be able to pick up until Thursday late evening or first thing Friday morning as we have taken another larger job in Orlando tomorrow. We plan to head to Pensacola from the Orlando area Thursday afternoon. If you can be flexible with us then things will work out fine. We have to make a deadline in New Mexico by 11/25 so we would get them to you realtiviely soon. Once you accept our bid Uship will relase phone numbers and we can keep in touch by cell phone as we get closer to Pensacola and we can even call the pickup people and find a time that works for both of us. Question: FYI - Cost savings can often be realized by either dropping-off and/or picking-up shipment at carrier’s terminal locations so as to avoid residential, limited access and/or liftgate accessorial charges ... Terminal locations for this shipment are within 31 miles for origin ZIP 32507 & within 20 miles for destination ZIP 78259 ... advise if self-service from either one or both terminal locations would be a preferable option and will bid to suit.
