Response: Hello, Yes I am interested. How long do you think will it take to load & unload a 5-bedroom house? We have a few heavy items - two industrial sewing machines, a snow blower, a chest freezer. There is also some yard tools and furniture we would like to include. Also, We have to be out of the current home on the night of the Sep 10, and will not be able to move into the new home before the evening of Sep 11. Response: Hi, We are thinking 8 to 10 hours. We would start the bid out on here for 8 hours for 135.00 an hour. Then anything over 8 hours is 135.00 per hour added to the bill. For the extra night that we have to keep it, you would only get charge by the hour for travel time. So you would pay for travel time by the hour to our company warehouse & then the next day you would pay for the travel time by the hour to the drop off place. Let me know if this all makes sense. You would have to book in with us asap to hold your pick up day & your drop off day. So let me know if this all sounds good. And I will place my bid to start at 8 hour, then each hour after that will be charged. We are insured & bonded. We are a local moving company, we have been doing this for over 10 years.
