Question: Hello, I have a 40 foot enclosed gooseneck trailer set up for moving, e-track on the floor,dozens of tie off points on the walls, soft ride axles, several dozen clean moving blankets and dollies. My trailer has appx. 1900 cu. ft. of usable storage space and can carry up to 9000 pounds. If you think all of your household items will fit(and they should) I would be willing to transport your belongings in the $3300-$3500 range if you were to provide plenty of help with the loading and unloading. Response: Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, my rate will be all inclusive. It will be up to you to decide whether all of your belongings will fit into the trailer. When you know for sure the date you are wanting to move just let me know and I will see if I am available. I am heading to Triangle VA. in a week or so and the following week I will be in Alanta GA. On this site everyone tries to book a few weeks out so that we may find a back haul and with communition limited to e-mails it is very difficult to get anybody to commit. Response: Thanks for the reply.I would be willing to split the difference with you to $3400 if we can work everything out. I can't pickup that soon, I have a delivery to make on either Dec.5th or 6th. I wouldn't be able to get to Utah until Dec. 10-11 at the earliest. I will have been gone from my home for several weeks and I have many things to do before winter sets in for good. Also my weight limit will be 9000 lbs. My axles cost more than $3300 each and I can not afford to damage my trailer. If you can push your pickup date to later in the second week of Dec. we might be able to work this out. Response: This sounds pretty good, Malcolm. Thanks for the breakdown. As a veteran of many moves following jobs, I have been presented with (and successfully disputed) "extra charge" quotes that movers have cited after they've loaded the truck (e.g., toll fees and "extra weight" charges). If you anticipate anything like this, please disclose now so we can avoid any confusion. Also, we can have extra bodies on hand for about 4 hours for loading and unloading assistance, particularly with the heavy stuff. I'm considering the need for extra insurance on a couple of items, too. If there are no "extra charges" to contend with, and you're comfortable with the load size, I'd be willing to review a contract from you for the fixed price of $3,000, with check deposit of 40% up front and the balance paid in cash following the successful unloading of the truck in NC. I would like to be sure we can nail down the dates for load and unload, with unload no later than December 4th or 5th. - Thanks! (11/4/2009)

There is no extra insurance i can give you since i have already included it in the package. the extra loaders will be helpful and great.
