Question: We have a 1700 cubic square foot box trailer, that holds 12000lbs, plus a dually pickup bed, do you think this would accommodate your load? We will be up in that area on a route, so we would be happy to add your load to our route. Another question, could the pickup be a day or 2 earlier or later, so that our driver could be home on Thanksgiving? Let us know and we will submit a formal bid for you, Thanks~ MoversUnlimited (10/4/2007)

Response: As far as fitting my load it would be very close. My question would be does your truck have side walls and if so how high do they would go. As far as time frame is concerned I don't really want them picked up earlier. But you could picked them up as late as early on 28th (a week after thanksgiving) deliver them that day. (10/5/2007)

Response: Actually the trailer is enclosed and 8' high, the bed of the pick up has open sides, but if you accept our bid, we will fashion something to make temporary sides for it. We appreciate your flexibility on the time frame. As soon as you let me know if our set-up works for you, I will submit our bid. Thanks~ MoversUnlimited (10/5/2007)

Response: OK Go ahead and give me a bid. I'm still a little worried about you having enough space, but I'll see where you come in at. I'll just have to decide if is it worth the risk. You'd probally want to make some pretty high side if possible.
Thanks
Jesse
Look forward to recieving your bid (10/5/2007)

Response: I would like one more round of clarification here, so that We can be sure we can meet your needs. If you can provide: How many trees could be stacked 8' high, and 8' wide, and the different lengths, (especially the longest). You were told 1/2 load by someone; what type of truck, loaded how, were they basing it on? Any other pertinent information you think may help would also be appreciated. With this information our owner will be able to gauge, based on the equipment we have, how best to use it to suit your load, so that we can figure it out accurately before we place our bid. I can tell you, that our bid will be very competitive. We look forward to your reply~ MoversUnlimited (10/6/2007)

Response: As far as how many could be stacked 8by8. It is hard to say. Some are 1/4 the size of another. But I would say the average will be around 1.5 ft wide by 1.5 deep and 6-7 feet tall. I think you'd be able to stack 5- wide and 5-6 trees high. I have 30 tree that are only 3-4feet tall. And I have about 30 tree that are 8-10feet tall and the rest will be 5-8feet.
I had the big penski truck last year and I think we fit 260-270 in that. I think that was 1400 cubit feet. This year we have quite abit more small trees.
So it'll tight
Thanks

Question: Hi jesse I forgot to ask if its all trees or is there going to be wreaths also?If so not a big deal what we,d do is tarp the trees and then place the wreaths on top of that then tarp again so the wreaths stay nice looking. (10/12/2007)

Response: I don't think so. We are looking in to getting some. But I don't think they are coming from the same place. I'll let you know if we do if we did it would only be like 25 wreaths (10/13/2007)
