Response: The former owner doesn't know the weight, but it was built in 1919 so I would imagine it would be on the heavier side since they built things differently/better than do now. All I know is its considered the smallest of the baby grands at 4'5. (4/10/2008)

Question: Goodmorning, I am checking with my driver for dates before I place a bid, please read his feedbacks , there are a couple of piano feedbacks for him, his name is Jeff. also are there any stairs and we have semi trucks can they access the locations? thanks, linda (4/9/2008)

Response: There are only one or two small steps getting through the front door of both houses. Like stepping up through the door sill. The "from" location has a 15' sidewalk to get to the street. My location has the driveway right up to the front door, just one step up through the door way. The piano is located in a front room at the from location and will be placed in the front room at my house also. (4/9/2008)
