Additional Information: We found a stray dog and 2 months later she surprised us with puppies! My 12 year old niece in Delaware asked for one and her dad ok'd it. Now Cortez is 4 months old and my niece is anxious to get him home. My niece just flew home after visiting for a week for a cruise. She was going to take the pup with her back home but we found out AFTER booking the flight that Southwest doesn't allow animals (we booked the flight before we even knew we were going to HAVE puppies). Puppy doesn't have tags because vet doesn't give rabies shot until 6 months and the county issues tags for dogs with their rabies vaccine. Can someone help puppy Cortez and my niece, Kerri, get together? Report a Violation

Response: My target price (after talking with my brother) is (hopefully) no more than $175 as that is what it cost my sister to get her dog from Maine to Florida but I left it open to see what sort of bids came in.
