Response: Both residences are ranches. In Connecticut furniture may already be in the garage if you wait until all of it has been replaced. In Maryland it goes in the basement so no stairs (9/29/2009)

Response: We could pay a boy in connecticut to help, but you would have to arrange a time to meet him there. In maryland my husband can help unload but he has to do it after work or on weekends. He could get out at 4 if he knows in advance what day. (9/29/2009)

Response: yes, it will be in the garage with big overhead door. also, I am not sure about dimensions/weights. The 84 inches is the only dimension that is exact. I can ask them to give me exact dimensions if you need it, but I am just guessing on average weights of a couch and recliners. (9/30/2009)
