Question: My schedule is pretty much flexible, once you can be flexible as well. You mentioned getting the truck yourself. That would be the cheapest. I can go either way. I have available 24', 26', or bigger trailers. I have four guy available. Approximately how many boxes do you have? And how many large pieces of furniture. Are both locations capable to be access by your normal Uhaul 26' size trucks and 16 wheelers (Tractor Trailer). If you got your own truck, I can also get you a driver for an extra fee. The prices I quote you will be determined by which option you choose. With my 48 ft trailers I would need at least 8 - 10 day of notice because most of the time they are in use. The smaller 26' or more available. I can give you an hours rate for the guy plus a drivers fee or a price that includes the truck driver, and the guys to load. Question: Do you plan on doing these moves on the same day? Yonkers is approx. 74 miles from Hyde Park. I can help you with both moves. What I would do is split my guy 3 Hyde Park and 2 in Yonkers / or 3 and 3 according to if the move is done on the same day with two different trucks. On the weekend and on Monday, I can have two drivers. On tuesday the tenth, I can give you one driver. Would you have a driver for one of the trucks. What do you have in Yonkers because this is new information? Would a 26' fit everything from Yonkers and Hyde Park together? At this point I still cannot give you a definite price because you gave me new info ( Yonkers ). I can also give you one truck and driver w/ 5 - 6 guys splitting at two locations and trucks could be load at the same time unless that is not convenient for you. (10/4/2006)
