Additional Information: We will only be moving furniture in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. We will probably need storage for 30-60 days in between move.

Questions for this shipment:

Question: We are very interested in helping you with this move. We are planning a trip from our home outside of Concord, NH to our vacation home in Sarasota, FL in late September. Do you have a list of items so that we know if everything will fit in our huge enclosed cargo trailer? (Arbie's Team) (8/20/2009)

Response: Thank you for your response. However, I doubt our items will fit in your home. We have a 4br home (w/ big furniture, etc.) - and are relocating to the Ft. Lauderdale area. We need to be out of our home by 9/25. But, we want to store our items locally for 30-60 days - until we find a new home. Thanks again. (8/21/2009)

Response: Maybe there is a misunderstanding. We aren't offering to place your items in our home. We have a huge cargo trailer, locked and enclosed, which we transport in. If you could locate a storage unit in the Ft. Lauderdale area, we would transport for you in mid-September and place there until you find a home. What I was asking is if you could provide a brief list so that I am certain our large cargo unit will hold all of your furniture. Question: If you are certain that you are moving to the Ft. Lauderdale area, it would be far easier to transport now when you have to vacate your home than move once up here and then again down there. Just a thought because we've help people in this situation before. (Arbie's Team) (8/21/2009)

Question: I have been speaking to my partner in life (Roy) and I think we have a solution which would work for you. He states that not only are we going down in September, but also the first part of Nov., thereby solving your 30-60 day issue. If you would like, we have a huge storage facility in Bow, NH and we would gladly store your furniture (price negotiable) for that timeframe and then bring it to you in early November when we make a second trip. We would love to work this out with you, so please let me know your thoughts as soon as possible. It would be a win-win for everyone and solve your moving and storage needs. Response: Thank you for your response. I am not able to confirm yet...as we are still unsure on our moving date to FL. We will be renting somewhere locally (NH) for 4-6 weeks after we move out of our home. We are leaning towards using 800-PackRat - because our belongings would only have to be moved once (versus a moving truck to a storage facility - and then back to a moving truck). We are concerned about damage, etc. However, I will let you know our final decision ASAP. Thanks very much! (8/24/2009)

Response: I know these decisions are difficult. I only wish I could send you local references (and speak to you) so that you could be assured no damage would occur, but uship doesn't allow that. I certainly hope you choose to go with someone local instead of a large company where you have no idea what happens with your belongings, but I'm sure you will make the best decision - hopefully it will be us.
