Additional Information: Everything is packed and in 4 separate storage units, same facility located in Keithville, LA. Very little, if any, packing would be required but furniture would require additional wrapping.

Question: hello what size units are they thank you martin quick moves (1/26/2009)

Response: Three units are 10 x 15, one is 10 x 25. Interior height is 10-12' but only stacked 2 units about 9' w/boxes. Also, just to clarify, everything is in the 4 units, nothing remains at the home. Thanks for the question. (1/27/2009)

Response: Three units are 10 x 15 and one unit is 10 x 25. Interior height is 10-12' but did not stack to ceiling. The highest in any stack is 9' (boxes) in 2 units. The title on my shipment is a little confusing I'm sure but to clarify ... everything has been moved to the storage units. Nothing remains in the house. Also, a 4-wheeler cannot go into the storage facility or in their parking area because of the weight. Everything would have to be moved from the units out to the highway where larger trucks have parked in the past while loading, according to the storage manager. (1/27/2009)

Response: One other thing that I don't know that we discussed. Heavy trucks cannot drive onto the storage facility grounds because of the weight (their drives will not handle). In the past, according to the manager, 18-wheelers and any other heavy trucks have parked on the road bed and moved items from the storage units, through the gates and into the truck. I certainly don't want to mislead anyone so verify your bid will not change under these conditions. Sorry for so many questions, etc. but I want to be fair to both of us. Thanks. (1/27/2009)

Question: Would you have the labor to take care of the loading / unloading? I have all the equipment for your move---pads, straps, decking, ramps, dollies, and a 53' air ride logistics trailer. Response: Maybe... I'll have to make some calls. What is a 53' 'logistics' trailer? One other bit of info ... everything is currently in the 4 storage units, nothing left at the home so it's only one stop. However, no 18-wheelers can drive onto the storage facility at all because of the weight destroying their drives. Truck would have to be left on the side of the highway and everything moved in some method from the units to the truck. A question to you as well ... once the truck is loaded do you leave immediately? If not, how are the goods protected? What type insurance do you cover for items you transport? If you are still interested, place an official bid with your conditions and I'll check on available labor. (1/27/2009)

Response: I have a full size tractor trailer. A logistics van is a enclosed box trailer with vertical post inside where you can strap items to the wall or put load bars up with 3/4" decking. I think with 4 storage units you will fill a lot of the trailer up. That being the case I would leave when loaded looking to deliver within 36 hours or so after being loaded. I carry 100,000 worth of cargo insurance. (1/27/2009)
