Response: Can you make this move for me beginning on the 28th or 29th? I have another shipper at virtually the same price as your offer and I don't want to accept one bid and find the other evaporates while for one reason or another my first bid falls through. Are all costs except loading and unloading included in your bid. Your insurance covers the transport of my otherwise uninsured boat and no additional cost. All tolls, permits, pilot vehicle fees etc. are included? No additional fuel charges or surcharges? No further charges in the event of foul weather or delays caused by weather? No additional fees for your loading or unloading time or effort? Sorry to be so inquisitive, but I find this format where you and I can not talk to be a little awkward. Response: I am off loading on the 28th at Woodbridge, VA. They have me off loaded by 11AM (most times, never later than noon) Then I am less than 250 miles to load your vessel on the 29th. Our bid includes all costs except the lift charges for loading and unloading. You can verify our equipment at Rocky Point, loaded a Chris Craft, around the last day of OCT, or first of Nov (not sure of exact date) I am sure they remember Yacht Details LLC going to Idaho.
