Question: Hello shipper we can offer to transport your boat door to door for you direct freight for $6480.00 We are a boat shipper and the equipment we use to ship boats is only used to ship boats. All boats we ship are covered by insurance and we have not had a claim in over 300 successful shipments. We only use custom built cradles to carry the boats we ship. This puts the weight of the boat along the entire hull as opposed to just a few jack points of contact. We usually ship large yachts and high value boats but also offer small boat shipments. Response: I am very intrested in using your services and would like a bid from you but was wondering if you would be able to complete the work for $6k as I am on a tight budget making a military move across the country. Also, what do you require for set up, haul out etc? What are the terms of your insurance and is the date range of the 12-18th of June fesable for a pickup? Thank you for your time. (5/27/2008)

Response: We may be able to do it for 6k if you are willing to help out a bit to cut our costs. (6/1/2008)

Response: I would be glad to assist as needed. (6/2/2008)

Response: Still looking for June 18th or so? That would work well for us. (6/2/2008)

Response: Still looking at the 18th. Should have it hauled the week before, blasted and mast stepped. Any further requirements before you ship it? Please submit a bid. (6/3/2008)

Response: Sounds good please accept the bid below it helps you save so the price can remain at 6k (6/3/2008)

Response: Want to clarify two things before acceptance. Bid was for $60 which if I understand the deposit system shouldn't make a diffrence in the final cost to make it the actual 6k which seems much more legit and believable. Also, the insurance part says that full coverage is avalible but your first question stated that full coverage is included. Which is the case? What form of payment do you accept for the remaining balance? (6/3/2008)

Response: All boats that touch our equipment are covered under our insurance. you can purchase extra insurance through this sites partners if you want to. that was the additional available part. (6/3/2008)

Response: I was out of the office and unable to accept the bid. If the bid is over a certain value i am eligible for a $100 rebate so if the percentage they take is @ or about that you could increase the bid price to include the percentage so that you came out with a nearly 6K profit and i would also end up with a 6K expenditure after rebate. Also, I talked to the marina doing the hauling and they are avalible on the 13th or 16th of June if that works for you. Thanks for your patience and hopefully we can make this work. (6/5/2008)

Response: [content removed - To avoid confusion on the part of the customer, TSP’s may no longer mention “uShip fees”, "uShip commission", or similar language in their Q&A – this will now be a flaggable offense as bids must be all inclusive. -uShip] (6/3/2008)

Response: Your response got deleted I believe... (6/5/2008)

Response: our bid is below for the amount discussed please accept and give me a call to schedule. (6/5/2008)

Question: I will be available for loading the week of the 15th.. However, I can't match the bids you are getting. Our service provides cargo insurance for your vessel while in transit.. We require a small amount deposit sent direct to uship and the balance due when your vessel is delivered. Take the time to see our profile before you make your final choice.. (6/4/2008)

Response: I understand that everyone still needs to make a profit and I have read your reviews and they look amazing but I am in the miltary and can't afford more than 7k out of pocket to move it. Thank you very much for the bid though. (6/5/2008)
