The boat is getting some maintenance work now at San Francisco Boatworks (Brisbane, CA). It should be ready now by Nov23. (11/18/2007)

Question:
what is the value of your boat? is it going from water to water? thanks. Gene (12/3/2007)
Response:
It is moving water-to-water (making final arrangements now at Newport Basin on Lake WA). The boat value is $75k, so I would look to uShip or other sources for add'l coverage. Thks, Rick (12/7/2007)

Boat is supposed to be ready to ship today in Brisbane, CA and I'm wrapping up moorage on Lake Washington. How soon could you have a truck available? Thanks, Rick (12/7/2007)
Response:
After the 1st of the year, Interested?? (12/7/2007)
Response:
Yes, interested but was hoping to move it this month. There are a few folks who can move it in January, so I'll need to do some reviewing. Thanks, Rick (12/9/2007)
Question:
Hi Rick this is Gene again!!! I can move this boat this month. Let me know what works for you. Thanks Gene (12/9/2007)
Question:
If I can get permits fast enough I can do first of next week is that soon enough..? (12/11/2007)
Response:
Yes, that would be fast enough. I noticed on an earlier job that you had a challenge with a radar-arch and it being too high. I don't have the actual height on the boat, but the arch would be very difficult to be removed and the boat was moved from LA to SF by road without removing it. I have a call into SF Boatworks (the boat is sitting on blocks now) to ask them for a measurement. Would you like to quote? Thanks, Rick (12/14/2007)
Response:
yes ,but it ended up over 16ft tall I dont think yours is even close to that..his had a flybridge.I am game for around 3k I will still need to pull permits though.so if 3k will work I will bid ,you then except, then I buy permits.. Thanks Tad (12/14/2007)
Response:
Hi Tad, $3k will work so let's take the next steps. The boat is ready to go and the slip is ready up here too. Rick (12/17/2007)
Response:
Rick, Thanks just a few things. One I bet I can get permits in order by 12/19-12/20 so I guess with it that close to Christmas can I do it leaving the bay area on the 27..Please let me know Then I will enter a final bid ,then we can talk by phone.. Thanks again Tad (12/17/2007)
Question:
Hi Rick, Gene here!!! I am looking at being in your area on Satuarday the 15th. Let meknow if this will work. Thanks Gene (12/12/2007)
Question:
Hi Rick, this is Gene it is 12-13, We are heading your way will be in San Diego to unload a 270 Sundancer on Satuarday the 15th. Let me know if this will work. Thanks Gene (12/14/2007)
Response:
Hi Gene - I've got a couple of things still up in the air, so that the boat may not be available for another week. Thanks for your interest but I'm not going to be able to commit the job yet (so I understand if you need to move on). (12/14/2007)
Response:
Hi Rick, thanks for getting back to us. I will unload this boat tomorrow. But I can be back in aweek, let me know. I will give you a heck of a deal, when heading back. Thanks Gene (12/14/2007)
Question:
Rick,I have had a cancellation and am working on a possibility that may get me west soon,if he gets back today or tommorrow. It is going from Sc to Ca and he needs the same trailer which puts me in Ca with the water load and launch trailer. If it comes thru and goes well I will be in Ca next week...stay in touch,tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (12/14/2007)
Response:
Hello - Did you end up with someone in CA this week? (12/27/2007)
Response:
Good morning,The one I have going from Corpus Christie Texas is wanting to wait until the 16th to load(it is a sail and needs the transport trailer.).I am still waiting to hear from Fl/Az....and the other as well.I would need a little leeway because of the trailer. The one in Fl could get me to Tuscon with it.I will try to contact them.tduncan55 (12/27/2007)
Question:
rick im waighting on an answer from you .. is what I posted ok or do we need to change something? (12/20/2007)
Response:
Hello - I am ok with what you posted if you can be ready to proceed; the boat is shrinkwrapped and ready to go. (12/28/2007)
Response:
OK now just the dates will be different I will look at permits monday Thanks (12/28/2007)
Question:
l have a truck avalable to load it on wednesday aday after new year if is ready (12/29/2007)
Question:
Rick,I have a pssibility and I should hear from him soon for I have given him the deal he desired.I will have to dh to SC to get it,It will put me in Ca if it works out with this trailer.I have only given a short time for him to commit so if you haven't lined it up yet I will know in a day I hope.thanks tduncan55 (12/29/2007)
Question:
We are placing a bid for you. What is your window on pickup and drop off? It take a little time to put the route and permits in place. Due to the planing and permits required will will need a additional deposit of 20% to proceed. Water to water pickup and drop off is free but if crane service is needed that is up to you to pay for. Thanks. (1/1/2008)
Response:
The boat is ready to go at the shipyard in SF and the slip in ready in WA and there is crane at the marina. The bid does not show any requirement for an additional deposit (?). (1/1/2008)
