Response: I would prefer that this be picked up within 3 calendar days of bid acceptance, with sooner being better than later. Delivery within 7 calendar days of bid acceptance should be fine as well, again with sooner being better than later. If you cannot meet these dates, please state what your timeframe is, and I will consider your bid regardless.
I am expecting to pay around $1200 for this shipment. But this is for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, for humanitarian purposes, so the organization may be willing to document your excess costs as a donation if you find that you cannot provide the service within our price range. (3/19/2008)

Response: Please forgive me if I am misunderstanding your question, but I believe I have answered it twice already.
I am looking to book my shipment as soon as I receive an acceptable bid, but it will be not later than March 26, 2008, which is when the listing expires.
In other words, the shipment is ready for delivery right now, and I am only waiting for an acceptable bid. As I mentioned earlier, once I accept a bid, I expect the pickup to occur within 3 calendar days of acceptance. I expect the delivery to occur within 7 calendar days of acceptance.
EXAMPLE: Suppose you place a bid today, and I accept it today, then I will expect pickup on or before March 23, 2008. I will expect delivery on or before March 30, 2008.

Response: Appreciate a quick reply. I can understand your reluctance with us not having a feedback. Rest assured your contents and shipment would be handled in a very professional manner. We have just stared as our own independent firm and looking for new clients. We are based out of Princeton, NJ and work with various local carriers that ply NJ - Midwest and NJ - South West route. I do have a truck and an experience driver available for tomorrow. I am quoting after confirming that the truck is available. Would be willing to provide references on request.
