Questions for this shipment:

Question: when can this be moved? Jim (5/7/2008)
Response: I'm looking to save moeney by being open to dates, proberly august or september, but that could change, when is best for you ? do you have anything comming up north in the near future ? (5/8/2008)
Question: I placed the previous bid I can do texas as well, but the listing says this has a trailer now, does it have a trailer or no trailer? Ill do to corpus christi for 4750 without a trailer? must be loaded and unloaded to my trailer (5/8/2008)
Response: Hey Matt, Are you able to get the boat off the Jacks on to your trailer. The boat is in my yard now. I had no luck at safer. When are you going to be comming back from Maine ? That would be great if you could hold the boat for a few weeks if needed till I find a dock. Steve (5/13/2008)
Response: I am in Naples, slips are kind of expensive here but maybe look in the Tampa, St Pete area for a good deal on the west coast of florida and for the east cost of florida you'll want to be north of Ft Lauderdale if you want a decent price there are some in Miami but theres alot of theft and crime in the marinas in Miami it's kind of spotty there pensacola and the panhandle aren't too bad either (5/8/2008)
Response: Thanks, I do appreciate the info, I'm leaning towards the naples erea, Sounds like it's really nice. I tried to find your number to talk directly with you but not having any luck. I've got to make a decision soon on where to relocate to, texas is out cuz I'm working here. I work a 28/14 scedule so I'll plan to have the boat arrive when I'm getting off work. Are you able to drop the boat in the water when you get back ? Are there places to leave it until I arrange for a slip ? Do you have a hydrolic trailer ? can you recomend a marina ?How busy are you and how much in advance do you like to book ? Captain Steve Berg (5/9/2008)
Response: not a hydraulic trailer but fully adjustable I can haul any boat sailboats are my normal and I'm sure to accomodate yours, height isn't an issue if your boat is less than 12'6" from keel to highest point, by looking at the picture the radar may need to be laid down probably not all the way removed. The boat will need to be loaded and unloaded with a lift from my trailer I know at walkers it should only be about 200. As far as a marina in naples I would recommend walkers coon key marina in Goodland they have a lift and wet slips. Go to safersys dotorg to research my dot #'s it will give you my company snapshot and safety record I believe you will find what your looking for there. As for my time frame i am pretty flexible I am heading to maine now to take a sailboat up and im looking for something coming back, but I can store on my trailer at my yard temorarily till you find a slip if thats what you would like to do like up to a month should be ok (5/9/2008)
Response: Will the boat need to be lifted on to your trailer from my yard ? If so I'll have to put the boat in the water and bring it to a marina with a lift right ? (5/14/2008)
Response: yes (5/14/2008)
Question: Hello shipper we can offer to transport your boat door to door for you direct freight for $4980.00 We are a boat shipper and the equipment we use to ship boats is only used to ship boats. All boats we ship are covered by insurance and we have not had a claim in over 300 successful shipments. We only use custom built cradles to carry the boats we ship. This puts the weight of the boat along the entire hull as opposed to just a few jack points of contact. We usually ship large yachts and high value boats but also offer small boat shipments. (5/12/2008)
Response: I've decided to go to the Naple fl. erea, can you qoute me a price on that ? also the boat is in my yard, how do you get it on the trailer ? Does the price incude putting it on stands or in the water when it gets to fl. ??? (5/14/2008)
Response: Our prices are for transport form location to location and Don't actually include lifting services at either end. However with your boat I included lifting at the pick up and dint factor in a lift at delivery marina which would have to be arranged by you. We can arrange the lifting at both ends but it is an additional cost. (5/14/2008)
Response: OK so you get it on the trailer at pick-up, I arange to put in water at delivery. How much from Mashpee, ma to Naples, FL ?????? (5/15/2008)
Response: For the new distance we would charge with lift at pickup $3970.00 (5/15/2008)
Response: will the 28 th or 29 of may work (5/17/2008)
Response: yes that will work (5/18/2008)
Response: I'm sorry, everything is on hold for now, I'll repost when I have firm dates (5/23/2008)
Question: I have found my job home, but keep in touch let me know what you come up with I may try to make a round trip out of it if you are interested in bringing it to florida, I will say though being flexible on dates is good but the later it gets the higher the bids, as you know fuel keeps going up and up, your best bet to save a few bucks on the loading end would be to find a hauler with a hydraulic trailer so that they can load and unload as well as ship it for you (5/15/2008)
Response: Shit hit the fan at home with the soon to be ex wife and I may need to get the boat out of there on the 29 th or 30 th, can we use an hydraulic trailer to lift it and put it on your trailer ???? I've already paid to have the boat put back in the water, but maybee he could drop it right on your trailer. (5/17/2008)
Response: It would require a travel lift to put on my trailer, but I'll be back in Florida by the 24th, I'm on my way down there now so I wouldn't be able to make it back by the 29th, well I may but when i get stopped i will go to work on it and see what i come up with i will have to find something to bring me back up there asap to make it happen, but if your going to need it by the 30th for sure I would put some other requests out and see what happens, I can't garuntee he time frame (5/17/2008)
Response: What if we shoot for 2 or 3 rd of june, I can have the boat brought to a lift. I'll try to pin down a place and time, Do you have a " cash Discount " ? (5/17/2008)
Response: allright I got a job going that way delivering on the 6th it's a little later than you request butt you wont have to be there for pick up just for delivery to make payment it would be around the 10th but can be flexible with that since your going to Naples or near by it can sit on my trailer temporarily so it will work for you, I hope this will work out for you, I told you I would find something to be able to help you out but if these dates wont work let me know so I can look for something else thanks (5/21/2008)
Response: I'm sorry but everything is on hold for now, I'll repost when I have firm dates (5/23/2008)
Question: HI are you in a hurry to move this, I have a load coming back from marco Island 3rd week of june on my hydraulic trailer, if you can wait until then I will take yours down on the way, I could give you a good rate. thanks mike O (5/18/2008)
Response: Iim sorry, everything is on hold for now, Ill repost when I have firm dates (5/23/2008)
Question: Dear Steve, we currently have a opening this week going south that we could pick up on one of our air ride hydraulic trailers for you and transport to naples for you.we would pick up on wedsnesday with a friday afternoon delivery,if this works for you we will submit a bid, thanks bob at yachtsalvage (5/19/2008)
Response: I'm sorry but everything is on hold temporarily, I'll repost when I have firm dates (5/23/2008)
