Response: I understand having a budget! I also have limits of what I can reduce a rate to! And the money are start saving the client comes off of the part that goes to my family! It is just very expensive to be a Legal, Licensed carrier. And working on this site is not cheap either! I wish I can help, but all all can do is Insure you I will treat your boat as if it were mine! I am not a Broker, I don't have a fleet of truck. So it will be me who is handling the move if you decide you can justify the additional cost. Thanks, Rich (10/20/2009)

Question: Hi, I have been reading the questions ans awnsers here, and I would like to make you aware of a couple of things! 1st, the mast should never ride on the boat! You have the risk of there being damage to both the mast, and the boat! 2nd, prepping the mast, padding should be placed between the mast and the cables and lines, and then wrapped with pallet wrap. Those cables will rub right through the mast! After the mast is wrapped, it should be placed on a rack desighed just for the mast, once again using plenty of padding between the mast and rack! If you take this advise, you will not have any issues to concern yourself with! I hope this helps! (10/20/2009)
