Response: no problem,I'm only about an hour and a bit away from the border although this boat is one of those "charter" purchases through ebay so there is no ownership issues for three years the boat is techniquely a rental for 3 years but I'll be at the border for sure and yes there is no trailer but a lift on to yours and I'm arranging a lift here off.Thanks Dan (12/10/2007)

Response: Are the weights and measurements accurate to the best of your knowledge, or are they guesstimates provided by the shipper? Height and width are important to ensure no oversize permits would be required, and weight is important to know if this needs a tandem or tri axle trailer. (12/11/2007)

Response: the weight of 9200 lbs and OAL of 30ft. and width of 10.5ft is accurate as I have checked other larson contempra listings and the info I recieved on this boat coincides with the others. The only measurement I'm not sure of is the height , which I'm guessing is similar to other boats this length without a flybridge, but I can confirm that with a call to the marina (Turkey Point)in Edgewater. I don't know much about shipping but according to the states websites the only oversize dimension seems to be the 10.5ft width instead of the allowable 8.5ft. which they say is $50.00/state if I understood it correctly. Question: You said the boat is at Turkey Point Marina in Edgewater, there is a lift at that marina. Is there a lifts at your end? I need lift services at both ends. (12/30/2007)

Response: yes,there is a lift at the marina here too,although I haven't acquired a trailer yet to place the boat on. (12/30/2007)

Response: Only that I failed to notice your ship request stated that there were no lifts at both ends. I have a trailer manufacturer my customers have used in the past I could put you in contact with Nextrail Inc and bring this trailer up to maryland then load the boat to bring to you. (12/30/2007)

Response: At the time I listed I thought the marina lift here in Oakville and the one in Edgewater would be closed for the winter but that is not the case as they are both open. Thanks for the trailer manufacters offer but a new trailer for that boat is about 3500.00 and I'm trying to find one for around 2000.00 to leave me enough money to pay for the shipping. Response: Yes I am,I just relisted it since the listing has expired. So far the best price I have is 1600.00 from another site, but I,m trying to find a trailer here in Oakville to put the boat on once it arrives rather than sit it in the marina yard because I want to bring it to a shop where I can work on it.
