Question: how deep is the keel on this craft? How will craft be loaded & unloaded? What is your time frame? (5/20/2009)
Response: The boat draws three and one half feet and it has a skeg which might be 15 to 18 inches at its deepest point (and then it fairs to nothing at the foot of the stem). I will pay for the marinas' to load and unload on each end of the trip. My time frame is flexible. the boat can be ready to be picked up with a day or two notice. It is docked at the sellers' pier and I'm sure he'd like to get it moved. I would like to have it in Maine before the end of June, if possible. (5/20/2009)
Question: HOW LONG IS THE SKEG ???I HAVE A 35FT ALUMINUM BOAT TRAILER THAT WILL HAUL 17500LBS AND ITS DOUBLE BUNK DO YOU THINK IT WILL WORK IF THEY LOAD ????LET ME KNOW PLEASE THANK YOU (5/21/2009)
Response: The skeg is a lot shorter than the boat's 30 ft LOA, so I would think that it would work. (The only picture I have is in an e-mail and I can't get it onto the info listing). It only weighs about 7500 pounds. (5/21/2009)

Question: i just delivered a lobster boat from maine to tx. it had a skeg 12 feet or so. i would not have been able tohaul that boat if it were not for my sailboat support post that supported the back of the boat. this is far from being delivered with a regular boat trailer. let me know if i can help. my bid would be 3895.00 thanks brad (5/21/2009)
