There is an elevator available at both pick-up and delivery locations, and a loading dock at delivery location only. Response: Thursday or Friday THIS week? That's tomorrow, which is Thanksgiving, so no. If you mean NEXT week, then potentially yes. Hi, are dimensions and weight correct? Is there help loading and unloading? Is pickup on ground floor and delivery has an elevator this will fit in? How flexible is the move date? Thank you.

Response: The dimensions are pretty accurate (I'm on the receiving end, so taking the seller's word for it). Weight is a guess since there's really no way to weigh it! There are elevators at both the pick up and drop off locations, and yes, it will fit. There is a loading dock at delivery location, and we can provide a furniture dolly at that location as well. No help for loading or unloading, so please quote it accordingly. Delivery date is flexible, but can't be done before 12/5.11/23/2011
