Response: Hello shipper, please advise we have a truck that is arriving in reno on the 18th, At the moment we are working on several loads away from that area returning home on the east coast, we have not yet locked into any specific we can take your load on the 19th or 2oth for 2,000 with delivery soon after (to be arranged once bis is accepted) please let me no as soon as your are comfortable to do it? Response: We do not have binding estimates, we give you a contract you and the driver must sign, it has an actual price value that will not increase it includes all tolls,gas, furniture wrapping and placement. You will never get a higher price that is agreed upon. We are licensed and insured in the state of maryland, we have three aggressive insurance polices to insure the safety of your items as well as peace of mind. We also have e track and contact information for your driver of the truck. By law we are required to have a 100,000 insurance policy which will insure protection against accidents fire flood theft or any acts of nature the other two polices are damage protection $45 for 1,000 lbs or special care items option at $.60 per 50 lbs please advise (11/10/2009)
Response: Hello, thank you for your responses. I may be able to get some help loading, however, we are both over 60 and cannot do a lot of lifting. Your price is very good, can you deliver to a storage place as I don't have a home yet in NC? We can possibly do the 19th, 20th would be better. How many helpers would you need? Thank you. Response: We don't really need help, we can handle it just more hands equals less time but its no problem we don't charge by the hour. We can place your belongings with care into a storage unit, our trucks are straight trucks so they usually do very well getting threw tight places with limited problems. Keep in mind I don't want to push you or pressure you into any obligations but if possible could we get this accepted today so we can get you booked before the space for that truck is filled. first come first served (11/10/2009)

Question: Shipper last minute book had just came in there will be two trucks in your area on the same day. Which means there will be four people to help with your move but you will only be loading 1 truck going to N.C its just two extra set of hands to help load your load so no help is needed on your part. just someone there to sign the contract insurance information and inventory sheet (11/10/2009)

Response: I am very interested, I should receive the money from the sale of my house either today or tomorrow, that was holding me up. Few questions: I have more accurate info. re: stuff to be shipped. We've counted 37 small boxes (xerox paper size); 12 medium, and 6 large, with a few to be added to all (probably total of 10) We have oak table & 7 chairs, office chair, 7 small cabinets/tables, 2 medium cabinets, 2 queen size mattress and box springs, futon will full size mattress, 3 piece entertainments center, 2 sets of metal garage shelves which have been taken apart, man's bike, push mower, vacuum, sewing machine, garden tools, 2 outside garbage cans, 5' ladder and an extension ladder, tent set in case, wet vacuum, foot locker (military type), and cedar chest, 2 rugs rolled up, and 3 tv's (we will take the 4th one, a plasma tv). Also, can you still pick up Friday the 20th, when would delivery be, I have to drive to NC so I would need to know to get storage place. Please let me know asap. (11/12/2009)
