Hello, We will be departing Florida on Wednesday Nov. 19th or the 20th at the latest and need to arrive in Las Cruces, NM by Sunday Nov 24th. We would be willing to take on this job, i.e., pickup and deliver along our route to NM from FL. With that said, could you allow for the job to be completed within the above dates? The shipment would be transported in a 42 ft enclosed hauler with 110v lighting, climate control, and touch pad alarm system. Please let us know ASAP as we are trying to finalize our schedule and need some advance notice on what jobs we will be servicing along the route. Thank you, SAG Industries Inc~

Response: I am so sorry but I won't be ready to move by then and the place in Austin is not available until Dec. 1st. I do have someone else here that is moving, can I give him your infomormation, he needs to go sooner than me.

I just wanted to check in and see if things are going to work out. Seth

Response: I am trying to finalize dates, my husband is not supposed to go until the 12th but he wants us to drive out together because both our trucks are not the newest. I will now around noon today if we finally got a house to rent, but I plan to work out things with you as best I can for the first week of Dec. I will get back with you later today with more.
Few questions just to verify-you load the truck with my belongings, ship it and then unload at the new location. Everything is included in your bid, there won't be any extra costs? I forgot to add 1 washer and dryer.

Response: : Hello shipper. Everything is included in our bid loading and unloading and us padding and wrapping the furniture for you as well. Any and all material like shrink wrap that we us is covered under the bid. As far as the washer and dryer go you can just add a $100 at the end as a tip or a extra tip. It will be better then me adding it to the bid. Thanks so much seth

Response: Ok thanks, gas included also?
I see you are going by the bid I had sent directly to another vendor where I just listed as much as I could, I don't know how many boxes there will be, which I had stated there. There could be 100 more or less, could be less tool chests and workbenches depending upon what my husband decides at the last minute. But I just wanted to make sure you are aware that I do not have a total couunt of boxes, I have just begun to pack household items, etc.

Response: : Gas included. the 100 boxes are they large or small boxes? Seth
11/18/2008
Response: Could be more or less, different sizes but not too big as I don't want to have to wrestle them when I pack and unpack, I am trying to pack as if I were moving myself so therefore there may be many boxes, I am also bubble wrapping my glass ware so that takes up more space in a box therefore having to use more boxes.
11/18/2008
Response: : Just make sure you pack them as full as you can get them. Also make sure that you mark the fragile stuff as well. Those need special care when loading. Seth
11/18/2008
Response: OK, I will go back and add some more to the boxes and pack tighter, I will label fragile items with a different color tape and also write on the box the room that it goes to. I assume you would like each box to have a room location written on it, it would help me too.
11/18/2008
Response: : Yes that would be a big help for us. We can get loaded and unloaded quicker that way. Like I said the fuller the box is the better they will handle the trip and less box damage. Seth
