Response: Good afternoon, I'm very interested in your proposition and appreciate your response. What is your bid/asking price? Also do you use your own crew or hire locally at the destination? 12/27/2013Report a Violation
Response: Hello Michael, thank you for getting back to me. I own and manage my own moving business, so to accommodate your move I will have one of my workers as well as myself to assist you throught the entire moving process. I do see that you are looking to load on the 2nd of January, and have everything delivered by the 3rd or 4th of January. To provide you with the best service possible, I will provide you with 3 men instead of 2, We can load on the 2nd, and depart to destination address the same day, with deliver/unload on January 3rd. You will be the only load in our truck from start to finish. If you are interested in the services I have to offer I will charge you at a rate of $2,150. If you have any other questions/concerns please let me know. As far as the rate goes please let me know if this works for you, so I can send my bid in and have you locked in. I appreciate your time again and I look forward to future business with you. Thank you again Michael- Jason Abbasi12/27/2013Report a Violation
Response: Sorry for the delay. How much is your insurance coverage? Also I was wondering, we had some plans shift around and I was wondering about the possibility of picking up the afternoon of the 1st and delivering on the 2nd? Thanks again! 12/28/2013Report a Violation
Response: Good afternoon Michael. Thank you for getting back to me. We provide up to $50,000 in cargo insurance for anything that may get damaged while transported in the truck, and $25,000 liability insurance coverage for furniture or goods that may get damaged while being moved in or out of the truck, and These coverages come at no additional charge to you. To answer your question about beginning the loading process on January 1st, that will work for us. We prefer a morning time if possible. We would like to make it to your unloading destination the same day, so the following morning we are well rested for a morning unload. I hope this helps accommodate your schedule, thank you again for getting back to me and for your time. I look forward to future business with you Michael - Jason Abbasi12/28/2013Report a Violation
Response: Sounds great! I received some lower bids today, one at 1355.90 and the other at 1989.95. Is there any way you could meet me somewhere in the middle and lock in for a move with the dates times and details mentioned in our messages? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! 12/28/2013Report a Violation
Response: Good evening Michael. Unfortunately I will not be able to come down on the price. I see that the other companies that placed lower bids do not offer the same services we do. We are a white glove service provider, meaning we offer full scale service, from padding and wrapping all furniture and provide the moving labor services, and place all items in their desired place, while other companies only provide the labor services, or have you, the customer pad, pack, wrap, load, and unload, while the service provider only drives. For the services that we offer and the equipment that we provide, I do feel that I am providing you with a great and fair rate. I do apologize that I cannot lower the price, but I can assure that you will be highly satisfied with your move, as well as the services that I have to offer you. I hope to earn your business as we strive for excellence with each and every customer. I look forward to hearing from you again. Hello Michael, I wanted to see if you might be ready 1/1? My schedule has changed that 1/1 would work for us for pick up if that could work for you. Thank you CW Report a Violation

Hi Michael, I just re bid your shipment with a lower price. I will appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. Please let me know if you have any questions that I can answer. Thank you. Mike with Ascot Movers. Report a Violation
Question:
12/29/2013
Michael, is there any way you can be ready on 1/1 to load? We can give you a very aggressive rate because we will be coming from Florida headed to Illinois. Thank you CW Hauling Report a Violation
Response: Yes the 1st would actually be perfect as we have had some things shift around. Would you be able to drop off on the 2nd? Also does your service include loading at the origin and unloading at the destination? We have had another company also tell us that they wrap with their blankets and shrink wrap. How long is your trailer? Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Here is the dimensions of our trailer, its 48' long but it has an attic which is 8'x4'x4' and then the balance of the trailer is 40'x8x8'. My two men do all the loading and unloading as well as all furniture is blanket wrapped and secured in the trailer. Drop off on 1/2 would not be an issue as long as we can pick up 1/1. How soon are you thinking you will make a decision on a mover? Thank you CW 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: This sounds great. I am hoping to have my decision made by today. I have had a few other serious inquiries. What kind of insurance coverage do I get with the move? Thanks!12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: We have $100,000 in cargo coverage which covers all your items if their was an accident. I see your other bids as well not sure the services and type of company are comparable. I have a couple of questions as well, can a 48' trailer access your pick up and delivery location and if need be do you have flexibility for 1/2 pick up as well? Thank you CW 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: I would be flexible if there was no other choice but I have obligations in ohio on the 3rd, but I might be able to do an early morning unload on the 3rd. Insurance sounds good. I'm not sure about access in ohio I don't know how long the driveway is. U will have street access at both locations. The only thing I can think of doing is punching in the address for both locations on google satellite maps. It will definitely have street access though. Thanks!12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: What would it take to earn your move? Thank you CW 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: How long do you think it will take to load a 3bdrm house? Would you start loading in the morning on the 1st or in the afternoon? The only other concern would be cancellation. I see you have a few cancellations. I am starting a new job in ohio on Friday and would need to be up there by that timeframe. I just don't want to get cancelled on at te last minute. What would your aggressive price for the move be? I am very interested in your business. Thanks! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: We could do $2250. The only way we would cancel is if we had a mechanical malfunction. We have only cancelled twice because of that the other cancelations have been for different reasons and not cancelled in our part as the shipper. As far as how long to load a full trailer usually 6 hours. What are your thoughts? CW 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: All of it sounds great! I am just a little concerned about the price. I have a current low bid of 1188 with labor/wrapping/loading/unloading services provided. Is there any way you could come down on the price? I know you have a job to do as well but I am just curious if there is some room for adjustment. Thanks again! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Michael, I am reviewing this with my driver. It will be before I can make a solid lower bid is that too late for you? CW 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Question:
12/29/2013
Hello Michael, I just re bid your move with a lower price. I have a load that is going to Ohio the same time and therefore I have been able to lower my bid. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. Mike with Ascot Movers. Report a Violation
Response: Thanks for the bid. How much space will I have on your trailer? Also I was wondering we have had some things shift around and I didn't know if you would be able to do a pick up date of 1/1 and drop off date of 1/2? Do you handle the loading at point of origin and unloading at destination? Also do you have blankets and tools for wrapping? Thanks so much for your interest! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Pick up date of 1/1 and drop off of 1/2 will work. We handle the dis assembly of the furniture, wrapping in moving blankets and shrink wrap as necessary, unloading, and assembly. Than you.12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: That sounds great! I may try and gather an inventory list a little bit later to ensure that the move will fit in 20' truck space. Thanks!12/29/2013Report a Violation

Hello Michael, this is Jason Abbasi, I see you are still looking fo the right moving company for your moving needs. I can drop my original price from $2,150 to $1,875. If this fits your budget better, I can send in my bid and we can get started. I would really like to earn your business and see to it that all your moving needs are satisifed. You will recive all the services as mentioned in our last conversation. I hope to gain your business Michael, thank you for your time again- Jason AbbasiReport a Violation
Response: Hey Jason, I am still interested in your business. What time would you be able to come on Wednesday (1/1) and how long does it typically take you to load? Also what are te dimensions of your truck? Look forward to hearing from you.12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Hello Michael, It has 1,611 cubic feet loading capacity, we can typically fit a 4 + bedroom house in the back of our trucks. Take the time to look at our pictures to see how we pad, pack, and load our furniture. I can't give you an exact of how long it will take to load simply because I haven't seen or some a walkthru to give you an accurate load time. Typically speaking with 2 other men and myself we can load within 3-5 hours depending on the distance from the truck to door, if there is a second level with stairs, as well as padding and wrapping of furniture. We can have an arrival between 10:00a.m -12:00 p.m arrival. I hope this information helps, thanks for getting back to me Michael - Jason Abbasi12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: All of this sounds great. I certainly appreciate your constant communication and willingness to provide exceptional service. Can you drop a bid for 1875 and I will accept? Look forward to doing business with you. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: I will send in the bid now Michael, as soon as you accept we would be able to go over all of the particulars of your move. Thank you for getting back to me and I look forward to future business Michael- Jason Abbasi. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: One last thing before I accept. You will be able to assist at the destination with unloading by getting some of the furniture to the second floor? The origin is a ranch house but the destination the bedrooms are on the second floor. Thanks! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Hey Michael, yes we will provide all of the padding and wrapping of all furniture, as well as loading and unloading everything in and out of the truck, and provide the unwrapping and unpadding of all furniture. Anything that we do not disassemble our selves we do not assemle. Anything that we disassemble, we reassemble. So to answer your question, yes we will provide the unloading services. We want you, the customer to not move anything accept personal belongings, other than that we will handle the rest. Thank you michael- Jason Abbasi 12/29/2013Report a Violation

12/29/2013
Hi Michael, Please let me know if there are any other questions I can answer. Thanks. Mike with Ascot MoversReport a Violation
Response: What are the dimensions of the 20' trailer space? Also what time can you get here on Wednesday and how long does it typically take you to load a 3br house. What is your insurance cover? Thanks, I am very interested in your business. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: It is a 20' enclosed moving truck. It has 1,015 cubic feet of space. The attic area (mainly for boxes) is 3'4.5"x7'8"x2'8.2". The floor area of the truck is 19'6"x7'8"x7'2". We have $50K in replacement value cargo insurance. It takes 4 to 5 hours to load a typical 3 bedroom place. We would be there on the morning of the 1st. Thank you.12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: So will the space be empty? I was under the impression I would be the second load and sharing the space. Sorry for the confusion! Thanks for the quick reply! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: We are going to attempt to fit most if not all of the contents of the first load into the 6x12 trailer that is attached to the rear of the truck. Thanks.12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Ok I'm just concerned about all of my stuff fitting. I have to start work in ohio on Friday and will need my belongings to make it. Are there any contingencies if all the items don't fit? Thanks again and sorry for all the questions. I am just concerned about my belongings getting there, originally I thought I would have the 6x12 trailer as well. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Do you have any unusually large pieces or a piano or safe?12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: No we have regular bedroom furniture and regular living room furniture. We do have a large entertainment unit though that houses our tv (10' long x 7' tall----can be broken down into pieces) also have approximately 150 boxes (guessing cause still packing--probably not going to be that high) a dining room table and chairs and hutch and kitchen table and chairs. There is more but this is a basic list. Thanks! 12/29/2013Report a Violation
Response: Based upon the inventory you just provided I think we are better off using a 26' truck. This way we have no issues. I will re bid accordingly. Thanks. Mike with Ascot Movers. 12/29/2013Report a Violation
