I will be in contact with you the whole time before your pickup, the day of the pickup after the pickup and again after the delievery to see how things went. You are able to contact me anytime you need to. And no your stuff remains on our truck it does not go somewhere else. The truck that picks your stuff up will be the truck that delievers it.
