Additional Information: this house, while still being average, will still fill a semi- the price i am getting from a retail mover is way beyond unreasonable-can any of you truckers help me out ?

Question: We want to be of assistance, but we have looked at our calendar, and one of us has a wedding to attend on 5-12. Would 5-5 or 5-19 weekends work? Tooldad (4/16/2007)
Response: i will check- your one trailer won't be enough for this move- what do you think of my idea to rent a 26 truck in cambridge, il area, pack it with what can't be put in your trailer,and drive both your trailer and the truck to olathe, ks ???? thanks mike (4/16/2007)
Question: FYI, check with other shippers on sizes of their trailers, feedback, and if they are registered with DOT. Items can be impounded and $10k fine for hauler if they are pulled over hauling illegally. Just want you to be safe. (4/16/2007)
