Question: When are you planning your move? (6/1/2009)

Response: More than likely as early as mid next week, by the end of the following week beginning of week after for sure.
Thank you for responding.
Carol (6/1/2009)

Response: We have a truck coming to your area within next 2 weeks, will let you know dates when we know. Thank You, Heartland Movers (6/1/2009)

Response: Okay...that may work. Thanks.
Caro (6/1/2009)

Response: What price range are you looking for? (6/1/2009)

Response: I am open (6/1/2009)

Question: Can these items be picked up around June 9 or 10 and delivered about 4 days later? Thanks, Rob TheMovingCompany (6/3/2009)

Response: Sorry Rob, I won't be ready by the 9th or 10th. I don't mind the longer delivery time however. Thanks. (6/3/2009)

Response: Thanks for the fast reply. When do you think you'll be ready? Rob, TheMovingCompany (6/3/2009)

Response: Either end of month of beginning of July. (6/3/2009)

Response: Is there any way to get a more specific date? I can't really plan anything without a specific date, or at least a specific week. Otherwise the week of the June 22-26 fits in perfectly. Should I put a bid in for those dates, or do you want to wait until you have a more specific date in mind? Rob, TheMovingCompany (6/3/2009)

Response: If you want to place a bid that is okay. I will know by next Wednesday the exact date as I'm firming up employment issues. Thanks. I appreciate your intrest. (6/3/2009)

Response: Okay. I'll wait to bid until I see the dates. Rob TheMovingCompany (6/5/2009)

Response: Rob:
Did you bid? I'm not very good on this site.
Thanks. (7/2/2009)

Response: Not yet. I can load this in about 3-4 days, is that good? I'll put in a bid. I'm actually in York, PA now and coming down that way. Rob TheMovingCompany (7/2/2009)

Question: Hello, ARe you still planning on moving and if so when. Thanks, Brian (6/25/2009)

Response: I am. I would like to have my belongins in PA the week of 7/6 and I am currently in pretty good shape as far as everything packed; garage is the only real packing I need to do yet. (6/25/2009)

Response: Hello, Your move date is fast approaching. We are booking up fast but would love to have you as a cleint. Any chance of earning your business today? Please read our feedback, Brian (6/27/2009)

Response: Did you bid? I'm not the best on this site? (7/2/2009)

Response: Sorry for the delay. I have been trying to rearrange other moves to make room for yours I will submit a bid in a couple of minutes. Hope to work with you, Brian (7/2/2009)

Response: Heavens...no problem...please review my list as I've updated it....I can't remember if I updated the box count, but I'm at 100 boxes, varying sizes from Rubber Maid tubs to 2x2 moving boxes.
I am also flexible on dates; the only issue now is I may not be here so my Ranch Hands will help coordinate and the load will need to be in the evening or a weekend (Sat after 2). Thanks. (7/2/2009)

Response: My bid has been submitted. I in know way mean to rush you (which I know your in a hurry anyway) but I would really need this to be booked today in order to make it work. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please take the time to read our feedback from clients we have help move all over the country. When we say we will be there we will, Brian (7/2/2009)

Response: I can book this today if you can help me with getting a comfort level. Please, let's keep e-mailing so I don't loose contact with you.
Do you feel you have a vehicle to move everything? That is my biggest concern. I just want to make sure.
Also, will you be able to load either in the evening or weekend (Sat afte 2)? Again, I am leaving tomorrow and my ranch hands will be here to help coordinate but they work.
Can you reconfirm your price? Again, I'm not the best on this site and simply want to make sure. I see $2399 (that is fine) but is there some sort of extra processing fee?
I really appreciate this. I can book this by later this afternoon if you feel you can carry this load. FYI, I've had some who have semi tractor trailers and I do not believe I can get a rig like that in to my gravel road or driveway.
Thanks you SOOOOOO much.
Carol (7/2/2009)

Response: I will fit it all into my truck & if I run into problems my back up plan would be to rent a Uhaul trialer & tow it behind the truck. If I needed to do that, I would eat the cost of the trailer. If after I talk to you after the bid is accepted, & determined a trailer was going to be needed, I would just bring one with me to hook on the back of the truck. My truck will go where semi's won't. I beleive Uship charges a small fee over our bid, but I am not sure of that. They will require you pay a deposit toward our services of a couple hundered which comes off our bid of $2,399. $2,399 is the max you will pay for our services. I will work with the ranch hands schedule. Probably load Friday night the 11th and then after 2 on Sat. the 12th to finish. I will be stepping away from my computer for about an hour. Relax Carol, you found the guy that will take care of this, now you just need to book the job before someone else books us. As you can see from our feedback, I have never canceled a job (7/2/2009)

Response: I really, really appreciate your note. I scheduled a mover to be here Wednesday and, let's just say, it's a nightmare.
I am fine with everything. One last questions and then I will accept your bid....do you take credit cards? My company is paying for my move, but they will reimburse me the cost so, if you need a check, you may need to wait until I get it from my company; I can provide you any information you may need if you want or, I'll put it on my credit card.
Next Friday/Sat would be fine I'm sure....I'm going to double check with my ranch hands though.
Write me back the payment questions and we will be good to go.
Thank you so much!
Carol (7/2/2009)

Response: I have merchant accounts with all major credit card companies including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We are happy to take Paypal. I do state in our quote that we add 3% if pay with credit card to cover what the credit card companies charge us for processing. It doesn't show up as a line item on the invoice, we just ask that we can invoice for 3% higher. I will be leaving on a 4th weekend right now (wife bugging right now). I will follow up with you Monday or you will get my contact info if you accept bid. Which gives you my cell phone so if you leave a message I can call back and work out details or we can discuss in more emails monday. Brian (7/2/2009)

Response: As long as you can take a credit card (I understand at the 3%) and can be here next Friday night, I'm good. I will accept your bid. Thanks.
(7/2/2009)

Response: How big of a truck do you have? I have about 75 boxes, lawn equipment (mowers, wheel barrel, etc), bedroom furniture, patio furniture, refrig, washer/dryer, etc.
Also, do you take a credit card? (7/1/2009)

Response: Good Morning,Thank you for your respond. We have a Semi 18 wheel truck. also you can take a look of some pictures in our profile. Also please note that the price given to you is according to the list you have post it. Witch we only count 33 boxes and the list of the furniture you have. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you. (7/1/2009)

Response: I would like to hire you guys right now. When can you be here? I am worried that you may not get your semi here...I live on a gravel country road. How can we determine you can access my house? Also, what would the total be for the extra boxes that were not listed on my profile? I have $2,400 to spend. (7/1/2009)

Response: Hello, We will like to know if is going to be access for the truck? also besides the list that you provide. Please let me know what any other items that you adding. also note that if there is not access for the truck you will have to rent a uhaul to remove the furniture from your house. Please note that for this size of shipment price run from 3500.00 and up. We will do your shipment for $2400.00 if you can find someone to load and unload the truck. Looking for to work with you. Thank you (7/1/2009)

Response: I have no one to load or unload; need full service (load, haul and unload). The extra boxes are the only addition to the list on uship. $2,400 is the highest bid I've received so far. I guess unless I can help you determine whether or not you can get the semi here and you are willing to load and unload, I can't make this happen. Let me know. (7/1/2009)

Response: Hello. beside what is in the list. How many more boxes? Thank you (7/1/2009)

Response: I have about 75 boxes. (7/1/2009)

Response: Good Afternoon, We can pick your shipment July 3rd and delivery 3 to 5 days for #2400.00 according to your inventory list with the total of 75 boxes + furniture listed. This price will include: loading, unloading disassembly, assembly and wrapping all furniture with blankets. Note if there is not truck access you will have to be responsible for the rent a Uhaul to transport the furniture from the house to the truck plus a charge of $150.00 to load and unload the truck from your house to the truck at your expense. Please let me know if we can provide you with our services. Thank you. (7/1/2009)

Question: Good Morning, Just a little note to see if you still interest in our company to do your moving. Please let us know that way we can schedule for tomorrow. Thank you. (7/2/2009)

Response: I would like to but I don't know if a semi can get into the house and I am unwilling to rent a u-haul. If there are any way I can determine whether or not a semi can get in, I will certainly go look/estimate, but I don't know what to look for. (7/2/2009)

Response: Hello. Is any way you can ask some one in your area to see if there is a truck access.Thnak you. (7/2/2009)

Response: The best I can tell you is my ex drove a rock hauler and tanker and he was able to get in the road. It may be difficult to get right to the house (drive way has huge trees with limbs you probably can't get under) but, if you can back in the side pasture (there is a 15 foot gate), we can get to the corner of the garage and walk in and out of the man gate. Does that help? I also have a Tundra pickup truck. (7/2/2009)

Response: Hello. We will do a formal bid now. Thank you. (7/2/2009)

Question: Good Afternoon. I spoke to my driver and he will do that pick up for $2400.00 Please let me know that way I put a formal bid. Thank you. (7/2/2009)

Response: I spoke with my ranch hands that help me out. They think, with some good driving, a semi can get worse case to the end of my driveway (you would need to use my pickup to drive the stuff out...it's about 170 feet long) or, if the driver is a good backer, back into my gravel road and go throught the pasture gate which he then can get to the corner of the garage. What time can your crew be here? I am ready now. (7/2/2009)

Response: Hello. You need to accept our bid first. Thank you. (7/2/2009)
