Question: what is your target price? (9/14/2009)

Response: $2,500? (9/14/2009)

Response: are you in the mountains and is there room to get my truck and trailer close to your house?(take a look at my profile and you can see my truck and trailer)thanks for your response. (9/14/2009)

Response: I live on the western slope of the Rockies, but on the flat. I didn't look at your truck but I can tell you a full size 18 wheel moving truck can get right to the end of my drive without any problem. No inclines, flat street, flat and straight 30' drive. The house is for sale and listed on forsalebyowner.com. If you go to that site and enter 22143329 in the search for homes box, you will see pictures of the house. You can also use google maps to get an aerial and street level view of the house at 1255 Meadowood Lane. The aerial view has a red van in the drive and the street view shows a white Buick. Response: thanks for your quick response.is your inventory list pretty much complete?
p.s. i grew up in louisville,ky. (9/14/2009)

Response: Always nice when your work takes you home again! I forgot to mention a motorcycle, a 750 Yamaha, nothing special, maybe 400 lbs. There is a desk, 2 3x2x6 cabinet/shelf pieces. Books, some other misc. pieces. I can take pictures if needed. No special pieces except antique china cabinet. (9/14/2009)

Response: if i bid $2500.00 will you go on accept the bid and that wll give me plenty of time to get a load out.look at my feedback and profile.and i will make a bid.thanks steve (9/14/2009)

Response: I think I would accept. I don't have an actual address to deliver to yet. We will be renting and so we haven't got place yet. I put a two story house because I didn't know and wanted to at least allow for that scenario on that end. I wasn't planning on such a quick response, but I already got another bid a few minutes ago for $2,500. Based on your feedback though, I would go with you over that one. I don't know if I'm likely to get anything cheaper than that.
--Hmm. just got a lower offer fromt that same guy, for $2,300. Almost like he's reading our e-mails.--
I just got your bid. How about insurance? Can you give me a little more time on this? It's happening fast and it's late, so I'm tired and afraid of doing something I wish I hadn't. Even 24 hours would do it. (9/14/2009)

Response: i do have cargo insurance and we blanket wrap all items that need it.you have all of your packind done and we will load up and head back home to Ky.you will find that the longer your listing is on you will get all kind of offers(most would not work out)if you just work uship like you would ebay(you probably would not buy a $2500.00 item if the guy feedback was a little questionable).if the money is in your range and you find great feed back you can put this phase of your move behind you.let me know (9/14/2009)

Response: Can you tell me more about your insurance? Say, if the whole shipment was detroyed because some text messaging teen ran you off the road, how much is it all insured for?
Would yo do it for $2,300? We are going to be unemployed for a while, (but don't worry, we have the money for the move).
I am signing off now, for the evening. Thanks for your interest. (9/14/2009)

Response: i have 35,000 cargo,it is with shelter insurance.i have never had to use it but they are a big company and i have been a customer for years so should not have any problems.thanks steve (9/14/2009)

Response: I didn't see your last answer until a few minutes ago. I understand on the price. If you rebid, I will accept at that price. My only hesitancy has been the speed. Generally I don't like to have to make decisions of this nature in a hurry. You are quick on the draw, but I understand that you are trying to get business and be the early bird. (9/15/2009)

Response: I HAVE REBID.THANKS (9/15/2009)
