Response: Cargo weight should be between 9500 and 10000 lb. Needed delivery date is firm. Closing on our purchase in Martinsburg, PA is scheduled for May 25. In our listing we indicated delivery on May 26 which is the Sat at start of Memorial Day weekend. If preferred by you we could take delivery after the holiday say Tue May 29 or later. On the other end, closing on sale of our property in Bernville is tentatively scheduled for Thurs May 24 which means loading should be on Wed May 23. If it would fit your schedule this date could be earlier meaning more time in van for furniture. Our buyers would like for it to be as early as possible but I think your preference should set the date on the loading end. Hope this is not too confusing. Thanks Dave. WaltT (4/29/2007)

Question: Hey Walt,The reason I ask is because extra care neds to be taken on certain things(chandeleir,china,artwork,etc.)or even things of weird sizes and weights(gym equipment,safe,guns,etc.)I just know I can't give a real bid unless I know,But I do this all the time and we are professionals.
