Question: I have received your bid re bid request and the listing of what you had when I place my bid differs by these additional items;1 washing machine,2 large mirrors, 2 vacuum cleaners,10 picture posters,1 dryer,1 10ft ladder,1 7ft ladder,1 patio table,6 patio chairs,3 small artificial plants,1 small air conditioner,2 executive desks,1 tool chest,1 dining table,1 tv stand, 1 lrg lamp,1 double desk,1 ironing board, 2 table lamps, 1 sml computer desk,1 lrg entertain. unit,2 night stand,1 office reg copier,1 additonal queen bed,1 sml chest,1 desk/hutch,1 computer system, 2 small file cabinet.
Even if you gave teh size of the unit initially, to have that many items must have been packed by a professional. Once you get to FL, how many more items you are going to find that are not listed? I would have to bid at least $1500 more. Do the executive desk come appart? Are the pation and the dinning chairs stackable? (9/3/2009)

Response: Hi,
I understand the increased bid due as I've provided more detail. We packed most of the items ourselves, but we used a moving company to wrap appliances, furniture, etc. and repack some items. The 20 x 10 x 10 unit is packed full, to the ceiling. Some repacking of items will be required on site (some boxes are coming apart). The storage unit will not take a semi, only a 26' truck or something along those lines. The semi can be parked out front but everything will have to be shuttled out 100 feet or so from unit to the outside. So figure long carry of items plus some repacking. Thanks. (9/3/2009)

Response: Patio chairs are stackable. The patio table is glass top with metal legs. I think the table glass can be removed. The desk cannot be broken down, but the hutch on top and side tables are all separate pieces. Yes, the quality of the boxes does make it hard to stack. Some will need to be re-boxed. (9/3/2009)
