Description: Household furniture currently located in a 10X20 storage container. Household goods includes a patio set, gas grill and washer and dryer and grandfather clock. With the exception of the furniture, everything else is pre-packed, boxed and taped. Storage facility has elevators and plenty of carts on hand. It's accessed by keypad/gate. Elevators are shut down at 10 PM. Although they have stairs you will be locked inside until they open in the morning. My storage is on the second floor. The final destination is a townhouse. There's 6 stairs leading to my front door and 10 inside leading to the bedrooms. I have a basement that can be acessed from the back patio. Hoping to finalize bidding by Monday...hey its payday :-)
