Question: Shipper could you please tell me what year your boat is? also is the boat ready to ship meaning is the arch down and secure. With this boat the arch would have to come down to meet legal limits after it is put on the trailer. How quickly do you want this moved? thanks ddonaldson Marine Transport (10/12/2007)
Response: Thanks for your reply the boat is a 1990 and when shipment is arranged we are getting the marina to remove the radar arch and have it secured. We need this boat moved ASAP. It is still in the water but will be ready for the shipper when they arrive. Have you delivered a boat to Canada before? From our understanding we would meet you at the Detroit border and take care of the taxes etc. Please let us know if you are available (10/12/2007)
Response: Shipper thanks for getting back to me How soon can you have this ready to pick up I can have a driver there on Monday if you can get it ready. In answer to you other question yes we have been in Canada many times. But the driver would be coming in from Buffalo,Ny not Detroit. I believe that is closer for you. Response: We have already put calls in to the Marina with regards about getting the radar arch down and arranging for him to get the boat to the ramp. It should be no problem for Monday at all and the sooner the better for us. my husband is a firefighter in Toronto and is working on Monday but will be finished his shift on Tuesday AM. What would be your approx arrival time in Buffalo? Is there a phone number where my husband could call and talk about the details? (10/13/2007)
Question: Shipper - we are based 30 minutes from Stillwater. Our hydraulic air-ride trailer will be back from the west coast late next week. We were hoping on getting the boat here this coming week but now that we were talking about, your time line doesn't seem too bad.
