Question: Do you still need this transported? I can provide the trailer under the Military spec boat in my primary pic on my profile for transport. Your vessel is covered to $300k with full coverage commercial insurance. Is this going form land/water to land/water? Is there a sling available on both ends if land to land? Response: I do still need this transported. I am in the military and was waiting for confirmation of my next destination. I would like it moved on any day within the first three weeks of April. Response: The boat is in fact wood, but that should not be an issue due to it's double planked construction method. It is dramatically stronger than traditional lap planking or other methods. Given it's size, I do not forsee any issues. (3/13/2009)
Response: I can definitely meet your timeframe with delivery as soon as possible due to my schedule. I would highly recommend a sling load with a wood boat to ENSURE proper placement of the trailer bunks etc. Water drop is not a problem. I can also get very close to your target price. Would you be willing to arrange a sling/travellift for loading and are you going to be there during the loading process? This is not a requirement, just a curiosity. I can save you $150 on my bid if you sling it onto the trailer to help offset the cost of the lift service. I believe this should be the last of my questions, and thank you for your time! Response: I will not be able to leave Monterey at the time of moving, but I can arrange for someone to be there to help if you would like.
