Response: I appreicate your response. My wife and I will be arriving in Big Fork MT to make final inspection/test-drive of this boat on Sept 1st. In the interim, we're trying to line up someone to haul it. We anticipate purchasing the boat on Sept 1st and will need it driven to Seattle for some work and shipping via barge to our home in Juneau AK. Response: I appreciate your response. I will know if I can accept your bid once we do a final inspection, test-run and close on purchase for this boat in Big Fork on Sept 1st. We'd have to make the haul arrangments then to get it over to Seattle at that time. At this point I don't feel comfortable with an official "accepting this bid" until Sept 1st so that's the earliest I'll be able to tell you anything more. Response: Sorry Lee, this is part 2 of 2 of my response that I just sent to you a few minutes ago. I am still interested in working this out with you if you are flexible on delivery p/u and can drop it off at Bellingham instead of Seattle. It will probably be in the next two weeks. Question: I went on online to verify the beam of your Bayliner and it is 9'6". I clearly made an error when I bid on this and I sincerely apologize for doing so. I feel like a real DA for leading you on like I did by continuing to bid when I was not equipped to do the job. I really hate to send the message that I will bid on something I cannot possibly do.
