Question: Hi Shipper, We are considering placing a bid, but before we do, are you aware that oversize permits are required in, PA, NY (two for NY) and MA and that both a US-DOT Number and a Motor Carrier number is required to transport your boat legally. U-ship generously provides a place on every carrier's profile to post those numbers for all prospective customers to see. You can click on those numbers to be immediately linked to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations' web site where you can view interstate credentials, authority and insurance. We have hydraulic trailers but we only do legal moves and our bid would be considerably higher than some you have received, and hope you will check out our profile where our numbers are posted.
