Question: ARE THE DATES SPECIFIED THE ONLY DATES AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP? IS THIS ALL READY TO PICK UP? JUST HOOK UP AND GO? I WILL BE OUT EAST IN A FEW WEEKS(LATE FEB) AND HEADED BACK TO KS IF THIS WILL HELP. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME--GTHAULING (1/27/2008)

Response: The boat/trailer is in the back of a barn full of stored boats and campers, and not available for move-out until dates specified......unless they can be convinced to do it earlier.
Otherwise, yes the boat/trailer s/b ready to "hook up and go" of course you would want to double-check that the boat/mast/etc... are secured appropriately for the trip.
Plz submit bid for doing so in conjunction w/ your late Feb trip, and then one for doing within specified dates, and maybe something else can be arranged. Thanks! (1/27/2008)

Response: FIRST OFF, ARE THE DEMENSIONS GIVEN JUST FOR THE BOAT OR ARE THE DEMENSIONS OF THE BOAT WHILE ON THE TRAILER? IS THE TRAILER ROAD WORTHY? I HAVE NOT FIRMED UP ALL DETAILS FOR THE FEB TRIP YET TO GIVE AN ACCURATE BID BUT WILL SOON. THANKS--GTHAULING (1/27/2008)

Response: The boat spec is 5700# displacement, so I rounded up to 7500# for equipment and etc..on board. The beam is indeed 9' and the length is 27'. The height is estimated to be 10' + on the trailer, with the mast strapped on. Shouldn't have any issues due to height or width. The trailer is a 1999 US Cargo trailer with 2 - 5000# axles, and is reported to be road worthy. Has 2 5/16" ball. It appears to have surge brakes. Tires reported good -- trailer has not been on road in 1 1/2 years. (1/28/2008)

Response: I COULD MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR YOU BUT ONLY BEFORE MARCH. WE HAVE A BABY DUE THEN, AND I WILL BE TAKING SOME TIME OFF. LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WAY TO PROCEED ANY SOONER THAN YOUR DATES. THANKS--GTHAULING (1/28/2008)

Response: Plz submit bid, and if enough savings over doing it later, I may be able to pay the storage people to get it out quicker. Thanks. Good luck w/ the family.
(1/28/2008)

Response: I CANT SUBMIT YET AS I DONT HAVE AN EXACT DATE YET. IT WILL BE LATE FEB OR VERY EARLY IN MARCH AND I WOULD BID $850. IF YOU CAN WORK WITH THAT, LET ME KNOW AND I WILL TRY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR YOU. THANKS--GTHAULING (1/29/2008)

Response: Could you plz rebid this shipment, and when you could do it? The boat/trailer is now ready for delivery? Insurance certificate? DOT/MC number? Thanks. (4/21/2008)

Question: please read my feed back. insured and legal. if bid will be accepted will bid . $950.00. and i can do in march. (1/28/2008)

Response: I will see what arrangements can be made with the storage facility and the seller.

Response: Josh - It appears you have excellent Feedback, and after getting stiffed by the Service Provider I recently contracted to...I would like to see if you are interested in doing this for me now. The boat/trailer is out of the storage facility, and could arrange pickup date/time quickly. Thanks for the interest, - john - (4/15/2008)

Question: hello i bid $950.00., is this going to work ? (1/29/2008)

Response: I am unable to commit at this time, as timing is dictated by the storage facility.
Should they be able to make the boat/trailer available before March, I will contact you as soon as I know, but as per them "there is a slim chance of that." So, feel free to take another load.
I thought you quoted $850 in last response?
Thanks. (1/29/2008)

Response: i just looked through all the notes. it was $950.00. the time does not matter to me. as long as i will know 7 - 10 days ahead. (1/29/2008)

Response: Will keep you posted on the status.
Thanks again.
(1/29/2008)

Question: Dear Shipper, I am can haul this week for 825. I understand that there is timing issues with a storage facility but you have my bid in the event they can be worked around. Thanks Shad (1/29/2008)

Response: Yes, you are correct.
The boat/trailer will most likely not be available for transport until late March. Should it fit into your schedule later, let me know. Thanks for the interest. (1/30/2008)

Response: Request a bid when you are ready just in case I lose track of your listing or accept a bid and we will schedule for when ever your ready. Thanks Shad (1/30/2008)

Response: OK - Will do. (1/30/2008)

Question: I MAY EVEN GET THERE THIS WEEKEND. ANY WAY YOU COULD PERSUE THEM ALONG THAT SOON?!!? IF SO, I COULD DO FOR $550--GTHAULING (1/30/2008)

Response: I have tendered a cash bonus offer to the storage facility to get it ready -- will let you know as soon as I hear back. Thanks. (1/30/2008)

Response: SWEET! I AM STILL WORKING ON MY TRIP OUT THAT WAY AND SHOULD KNOW BEFORE TODAY IS OVER. HOPEFULLY WE BOTH CAN BE LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE THINGS WORK OUT. I'LL WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU AND WE CAN GO FROM THERE. THANKS FOR YOUR SPEEDY REPLY AND EFFORTS--GTHAULING (1/30/2008)

Response: The storage facility reports 95% chance of having the boat/trailer ready for transport by Saturday afternoon. The spoiler could be the weather as they have 10"+ predicted. I need to know today for certain that this will work into your schedule, as I don't want to pay them the cash bonus and then the boat sets outside. Do you have experience pulling sailboats? Can you provide insurance documents? Hope it works for you. Thanks. (1/31/2008)

Response: WE MIGHT AS WELL WAIT. WE ARE HAVING THAT SAME KIND OF WEATHER HERE IN KS RIGHT NOW. WE BOTH WOULD BE BETTER OFF WAITING IT OUT. I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS. WE WILL JUST HAVE TO KEEP IN TOUCH--GTHAULING (1/31/2008)

Response: Ok...I just rescinded my cash bonus offer to the storage facility to prep early. Let me know if/when this fits into your schedule around the time frame originally set out on the Listing. Thanks again for the attempt. And Best Wishes on your upcoming family additon. (1/31/2008)

Response: CAN YOU BE READY ON MARCH 1 OR 2? I MAY HAVE ANOTHER LOAD THAT WAY. THANKS AGAIN FOR MORE OF YOUR TIME--GTHAULING(KS) (2/14/2008)

Response: The storage facility can not have it ready by then. Keep me posted if you end up that way aorund end of March or first of April. Thanks for your interest. (2/14/2008)

Question: HI, I LIVE NEAR INDIANAPOLIS AND CAN PICKUP ANY WEEKEND.I CAN DO FOR $650, SO WHEN THE STORAGE UNIT SAY'S GO LET ME KNOW. BUT NEED YOU TO ACCEPT BID ASAP SO CAN FIND RETURN SHIPMENT. THANKS, CORLEY5 (3/9/2008)

Response: Have you pulled this heavy of a load before? Pic of your truck appears to be a 1/2-ton ---- and this boat/trailer combo is at least 7500#...maybe close to 10,000#. I have a 1/2-ton myself, and have pulled several smaller boats around, but was concerned that this combo would be too much. What do you think? Thanks. (3/9/2008)

Response: HI, I'VE PULLED A 21FT WELCRAFT THAT WEIGHED 6800 AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. BUT IF YOUR NOT SURE JUST KEEP ME IN MIND IF YOU CAN'T FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THANKS, CORLEY5 (3/9/2008)

Question: Hello, we placed a bid under dukebbfan2007. We will be going through the area heading back to MO. If you like we can pick the boat and trailer up for you and deliver promptly. Please let us know as we will be going through there tomorrow afternoon. Thank you and we look forward to providing you service,.. Ron & Kendall Hall of Hall Hauling (3/10/2008)

Response: I saw your bid, and am interested...unfortunately the private storage facility (long story) does not pull out any boats or campers until late March or early April (when weather breaks - they say). So, if you can plan a haul-up that way within that timeframe, let me know what day you will be thru there, and we can most likely make a deal then. Wish I could make it work now, but just can't. Thanks for your interest. And have a great trip - Coach K wants you back for the playoffs. (3/10/2008)

Response: Go ahead and book it and we will do it for you in Late March/Early April.. as we have a delivery in 2-3 weeks back to NY and will come right through there going to MO. Always glad to meet another Duke fan... Thank you and we look forward to providing you service.
