Questions for this shipment:

Question: I have a hydraulic trailer with airride. I will quote you a price but I can not load or unload in saltwater. $3000 Thanks (4/5/2008)
Response: Thanks, but that is well beyond my budget. Would taking it to Boston or some other North East location be significantly less? I'm assuming you would be deadheading out of Maine. (4/5/2008)
Response: I am out of Mississippi. I charge by the mile. Thanks, Bo (4/6/2008)
Response: Mileage from home base and back I presume. Do you think you would be able to find a back load or would I be looking at 2500mi charge? What's your per/mi rate? (4/6/2008)
Response: No, I only charge for the miles of the haul one way. (4/6/2008)
Question: im a professional marina operator and transporter out of Rockland,Maine we may be able to help you out this spring sometime as we run back and forth to Fla. frequently and could bring back to belfast or our Marina in Rockland for launch after stepping thanks Kenny (4/7/2008)
Response: Knight's? I'm very interested to know what your rate might be. Rockland would be fine, and would be easier to load on my trailer because I need to switch bottom paints; work which I plan on doing myself. This is the most promising lead I've had, hopefully we can work something out. (4/7/2008)
Question: Hello shipper we can offer to transport your boat door to door for you direct freight for $1980.00 We are a boat shipper and the equipment we use to ship boats is only used to ship boats. All boats we ship are covered by insurance and we have not had a claim in over 300 successful shipments. We only use custom built cradles to carry the boats we ship. This puts the weight of the boat along the entire hull as opposed to just a few jack points of contact. We usually ship large yachts and high value boats but also offer small boat shipments. (5/12/2008)
Response: Could you reference some shipments you have completed? It seems odd that you would build a cradle on location for this sized boat and be able to do it for the quoted price. What is the time frame for delivery? (5/12/2008)
Response: well we wouldn't actually build the cradle on site but our escort truck is equipped with a welder and the lumber and carpet is available most places. We moved 4 memorable boats including the 32' wide catamaran across the George Washington bridge last year we moved Paul Allens 60' from washington for repairs. (5/12/2008)
Response: I noticed LSTrucking has the same system, I assume you are one and the same. Why to different log-ins? And could you requote to go to Rockland, ME 04841? I assume you require travel-lift loading on both ends. (5/12/2008)
Response: huh nope we arent LS trucking re designed and first used this system guess its catching on. do they escort all shipments with a mechanic as a guide? nice to know our system is so successful its catching on. maybe the industry will use it making the oversize shipping business safer with less claims. (5/12/2008)
Response: How many trucks are you operating? The pictures in your profile show many different ones including what appears to be a hydraulic. Forgive all the questions but you have NO feedback and I'm trying to evaluate. Is your price all inclusive? What are possible extra charges? (5/12/2008)
Response: Well we got rid of the flat front and got an isuzu now its for cradle pick up and delivery. we have 9 full tractors only 4 of which we own. the rest are leased to us. (5/12/2008)
