Question: Hi, can you clarify the size of the craft. We can get this picked up at 1500$ at your discretion. Please advise as we are here in Brunswick GA about an hour away from the craft. (9/28/2007)

Response: The boat/trailer from the tongue to the tip of the motor is 40ft. The beam is 10 ft. She is about 8ft tall at the top of the center console. She weighs about 4700 lbs (9/28/2007)

Response: you would have to put the picture on uship, as we can't forward our numbers to shippers because of uship rules and the possibility of our account being suspended. We are interested however. (9/29/2007)

Response: Not knowing how to do that it would be tough...If you google 1995 mako 261 you'll see similar boats. Ours doesn't have a console canopy top so it will be much shorter than the ones with the top, only up to the windshield on the center console. The trailer is a 2-axle trailer, and looks fairly new. Usually the military puts the boat in the water after getting the boat to the base, parks the trailer, and the next time it is used is when the boat is disposed of. I can tgell you this boat was stationed in Key West and trailerd to jacksonville w/o incident. let me know. thanks (9/29/2007)

Question: Are you still looking to transport boat asap?I am a owner operator with dot and mc numbers and will provide proof of insurance.I do not use uship alot get loads from brokers.I can get permits ordered monday will take a day or sometimes two.They will give me the route thats needed to take the boat safely.Wide loads run only mon thru fri and some states sat till noon.Permits cost about 20.00 to 60.00 per state.I will add that in to my bid plus tolls.Please let me know asap so i can work on getting permits.Thanks Dave Double D Hauling (9/29/2007)
