Response: Haul4all, there is a way to lift the boat and trailer at the marina where it is located. The boat and trailer would have to be loaded on the transporting trailer by back it on via ramps.. (12/25/2007)

Response: The trailer can be backed onto your trailer if you have ramps. The marina has a hill they use to unload trailers in this type of situation, they also have a tractor with a hitch that is used to move the boats and trailers around. On my end there is a loading dock that should be around 2' or 3' high that should allow for an easy unload. I can use my truck to unload it on my end. Response: I could bring the trailer to Dallas. The trailer the boat is sitting in has sone rust issues. I had considered picking it up later and having it repaired or selling it for parts. it has nice wheels, good axles, etc. (12/27/2007)

Response: Is this price to transport the boat and trailer or just the boat? I will have to call the marina to get the exact measurements, I can go by memory and pictures and tell you it it between 3 and 4 feet. Response: I am almost positive that it measures about 28, under 29' feet for sure. Of course the outdrive is going to add a few feet. I am awaiting a call back from the marina within the next 30 minutes. When were you looking at picking it up? (12/29/2007)

Response: The 2nd will be just fine. The marina called and sadi the boat measures 31' if you measure from the front of the trailer tongue to the rear prop of the outdrive. The outdrive measures just at 3' making the boat and trailer at 28'. (12/29/2007)

Response: The boat and trailer is 28', the outdrive makes it closer to 31'. Its not a problem if the tongue hangs over. Once the boat trailer is back on yours the outdrive could be lowered some to gain probably a foot or so.

There is a "hill" that the marina says the truck and trailer can be backed up too and the boat and trailer can easily be backed onto your trailer. The Marina has a nice "hill" that they said would be perfect for a trailer to back up to and then they would back the boat trailer onto the flatbed. Response: I have been getting bids from $500 to $800 to use my trailer so I guess I do not see the benefit. I would be interested if you could make the repairs to trailer and then use it to tow the boat down. I could pay you for the repairs and for towing it down. Otherwise I will make the repairs to the trailer once it is down here and either keep it or sell it.
