Response:

Response:
check out ebay, u can find good used trailer there. if u get one let me know & i'll pick up the trailer then go get the boat. thanks (3/22/2008)
Response:
We are up in Canada and have tight regulations on trailers here so were just going to motor across. (3/24/2008)
Question:
Shipper could you please tell me the year of your boat and if you have a way to load and off load? thanks ddonaldson Marine Transport (3/22/2008)

The boat is 1992. We have arrangements to load and unload at both ends. (3/23/2008)
Response:
Shipper thank you for your response. ddonaldson Marine Transport (3/23/2008)
Question:
Shipper, I will be delivering a load in Morehead City on Wed 22nd. I can pickup your boat that day. I have another commitment for 23rd-31st, but I have a secure yard to store your boat until I can start your transport on the 1st of April. I am a legel transporter with 100K Cargo insurance. Pictures of my truck and boat trailer are on my feedback page. Trailer is a brand new 36ft triple axle.My bid includes permits and tolls. What arrangements have you made for loading and unloading? I can do this for $6000. Hope we can do buisness. Thanks, Dave Double D Hauling (3/22/2008)
Response:
That sounds good but we have a bid for under $5400 right now. Any way you can match that? We have arranged for loading and unloading at the marinas on both ends but clear pick up and delivery times are appreciated by all. (3/24/2008)
Response:
Shipper, I can't do better than that. I can guarantee that your boat will be transported with permits and with the same care that I do all my transports. If I can p/u on Wed 26th I can start out on Apr 1st and have your boat delivered to you by Sat Apr 5th. If I have to wait till Apr 1st to p/u it will be Sun or Mon 6th or 7th for delivery. Thanks Dave (3/25/2008)
Response:
Thanks Dave, we are still looking at our options but will keep you in mind. I take it your intial bid still stands? (3/25/2008)
Response:
Shipper yes it does.Just let me know. Thanks Dave (3/25/2008)
Question:
Hello,Im noy only a hauler but a fellow boater myself..If you would like I can get you a trailer for you and do your transport of the boat..I have been through this trailer deal a couple times myself and for clients..The cost do do all this plus ,you will have a trailer for future towing will be approximatley 7500 to 8000....most likely would be new trailer also..probely aluminum tandem axle etc...Let me know..Thnx jeff (3/24/2008)
Response:
That sounds interesting. It is a little complex since we are actually in Canada and have different regulations about trailers for their registration. We would need to be sure that it would meet standards and it could complicate things. However, that is a very good suggestion. What would it cost without a trailer? If you could send a model or something, we could check it out for compatibility here. We would also need to set up a truck to do the last leg over the border and over here. Our original plan was to motor across so that we didn't need to worry about a trailer. Thanks for the great idea. (3/24/2008)
Response:
I can match the 5400.00 cash on delivery,On our trailer....The other quote roughly you have, which persists in you buying a trailer for your boat...Also it is easier to resale your boat with trailer..You will get your value that you have in the trailer back out..Aluminum goes up like 15 Percent each year..So it tells you in trader books to add that value to the trailer..What ever you descide you would like i can do..I will shop around for a proper trailer for your boat..My partner and i are somewhat actually he is very informed on the canadian laws,as he does all of our crossings some times up to 10 items at once,,On average a boat or two a week..Just had to get new trailer for canadian customer,Saltwater ate the other one up..Not good on interstate..I will get back to you with more info on purchasing a trailer...Thnx jeff (3/24/2008)
Response:
If we were to go with a trailer, it would probably work best for us to have it delivered to Blaine Washington or even across the line. Would you be able to do either or both of those options? What kind of timing would that involve. Also looking forward to more trailer info when you have it - thanks! Shandor (3/25/2008)
Question:
shipper are you sure about the height? (3/25/2008)
Question:
Shipper,Dave here, just a thought on you getting a trailer.I just bought a brand new 34ft triple axle loadmaster trailer with hydraulic brakes not surge brakes.plus extras for trailer.Trailer is great but I am going to need a bigger trailer for my transports.I have only used this trailer 1 time. This trailers cost $7500. Can sell for 7000.Just let me know if interested if not still would like to transport your boat on that trailer. Thanks Dave (3/26/2008)
Response:
Sorry Dave, that is more than the bank account can handle right now. Right now we have a low price of $5300 for shipping including all costs so put in another bid if you are interested. (3/26/2008)
Response:
Shipper not a problem, just thought i would see you were interested in a trailer.I cannot beat those bids.I plan running your load legally. Thanks Dave (3/26/2008)
Question:
Hello. I can get you an EZ Loader Galvanized 7000# carrying capacity trailer with Electric brakes on both axles for $5000. I get factory cost from EZ Loader out of Spokane. Just purchased one of these trailers for my customer in Nanaimo, BC for his 23' proline. We can also ship this for you. However your price/book it now is low. Most carriers charge $2 mile loaded on there trailer. Also since this beam is over 8'6" you will need permits for each state it travels in. Let me know if your interested in my services. I have a Baja Outlaw coming out of NC going to Kelowna, BC. might be able to work something with that load and yours. Thanks. Jeremiah (3/26/2008)
Question:
Hello. Forgot to mention in previous dialog that I can deliver this to you door in CANADA. I am a legal and fully insured carrier in the US & Canada. You can verify mine and any other carrier's authority by going to www.safersys.org. You just can click on license/insurance and enter the MC#. Anyone that is Legal will show on the site as Active authority. This is required to transport goods across statelines. I can either load this onto our trailer for transport or I can get a trailer purchased for you @ Manufacture prices. A boat trailer in BC must have electric brakes or electric over hydraulic. It can't just have surge brakes if it is rated over 5500#. Look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks. Jeremiah (3/26/2008)
Question:
i am booked out next 30 to 45 days have a trailor that will accomidate that boat, could book this if you are willing to wait longer than you have. (3/26/2008)
Response:
Sorry, need it sooner. (3/27/2008)
Response:
thanks mrk123. (3/28/2008)
Question:
Hi, this haul is going thru 12 states that need permits for, if we book it now before 10pm we can get the apps in so we can get it moving for you as soon as Thursday possibly before. Thanks TCJ (3/27/2008)
Question:
always check authority (3/27/2008)
Question:
How does $5250.00 on our trailer sound? Let me know asap. Thanks. (3/28/2008)
Response:
Would that be to Vancouver, Canada or to Blakely Island for $5250? How soon could you do this? Pick up days in NC would be best on Monday, WEdnesday or Thursdays. (3/29/2008)
Question:
SHIPPER WHAT IS YOUR HEIGHT? (3/29/2008)
Response:
We are wondering how this bid was accepted? We did not do that although we would be happy to consult with you. The boat is listed at 12 feet high. when are you able to ship, what type of contract do you offer? What are the terms of insurance and do you shrink wrap or would we need to arrange that. thanks. (3/29/2008)
