Question: We are a moving company and would like to open our service doors for your boating needs, this price reflects if boat is on a trailer. Can you send us photos or give details on dimensions, so our driver can secure a safe transit. Also we plan to leave on the 18th-23rd to Seattle if this is in your time frame please contact us. (4/10/2008)

Response: Hello,
The boat is on a trailer, good trailer with brakes, good bearing and new tires. The total length of this boat and trailer is 30feet. Height is 12 feet and is the beam is 9'6.
The pick up dates are great.
Wade (4/10/2008)

Response: we can do 3850.00 I feel that is reasonable, any thoughts? (4/10/2008)

Response: Hello,
When I asked if you have tags, I ment for the boat trailer. It does not have tags or plates as I have bought the boat and the previous owner has taken his plates. I am in British Columbia Canada so I could not be there for hook up. The owner of the boat will be there to help. When woould the pick up date be?
Thanks for your time.
Wade (4/10/2008)

Question: We are two owners of a shipping company for the last 10 years,ie: father and son. We have 2x 26', 350 trucks, and trailers. Yes, we are insured, and of course trailers have tags. My son is delivering a semi conductor in your area in a 350 truck, I can have him meet you at a loading zone for proper hook up of your boat. If you agree on our rate we can provide a smooth service of about 3-5 days depending on weather and road conditions, safer is better than time frame. To recap: we are small, family owned, we don't offer any coverage to damage, but we have never had a problem before. If agreed upon we would send you an invoice with 24hr contact to our driver for any reasons or change to your shipment. (4/10/2008)

Response: When you say 350, is that a Ford F350. Sorry for all the questions but I have accepted two other bids in the last two weeks, one had to small of a truck and the second guy just called me this morning and I told he no. He was to pick up my boat tomorrow, he could not produce insurance papers that he told me he had so here I am again trying to get my boat shipped. (4/10/2008)

Question: anytime from the 18th-26th is open, It would work best for us if we can pick up on the 26th but we can do earlier. (4/10/2008)

Response: Hey Guys,
The earlier the better for me. I need to get this boat out here and get some work done on it prior to using it for chartering. It is going to the Seattle area to a friends house where the work is getting done. I will going there to get it and towing it to Port Hardy BC Canada.
Wade (4/10/2008)

Question: Yes full size F350 which can pull your rig easily, I'm not here to waist your time or ours. I have made deals with people in the past that agree and when I show up, noone is there, it's a waist of time for me and it hurts our accounts on gas when people do this. However I cannot speak on behalf of everyone. I can assure you that your boat will get to you safely, and hopefully we can win you as a new customer for future shipments. With all the fraud going around we do require payment in full before pick up of goods. My son is going to be bringing a kawasaki ninja, a bike for someone who prepaid to take to Seattle. Im here at your disposle so let me know what you have in mind. (4/10/2008)

Question: yes, I will use my plate, I will have to overnight it to my son so that he can slap it on. but lets plan for the 25th. If things change I can contact you for a sooner date, We may be able to pull it off on the 19th but I don't want to promise something I cannot fullfill. Once you bid we can email each other via direct email. This uship policy is a bit corky. (4/10/2008)

Response: Couple more questions this morning. Will you be buying permits for all the states while driving accross? Do you have a MC#
Hope to hear back from you soon
Wade (4/11/2008)

Question: I could pick this up on the 12th for $3600 let me know.Jim (4/10/2008)

Response: Talk to me Jim,
Do you have insurance? I will want to see it. What are you towing it with? Do you have permits to tow my boat? Plates for the boat trailer?
Wade (4/10/2008)

Response: Yes, I have insurance. It will be towed with a 1 ton truck. As for plates as long as there's a bill of sale you have 30 days to plate the trailer. Bill of sale is as good as plates. I use to sale trailers and know those laws. Jim (4/10/2008)

Response: Morning,
Are you still around. Have not heard from you today. Still interested in towing my boat. (4/11/2008)

Question: accept and call me first thing in the morning, I work out of my home because we are not large enough....yet...so excuse the children driving us nuts. My name is Alexander, accept and call me or we can email directly once accpetance is offered, you should get my direct email.. (4/10/2008)

Response: Alexander,
My name is Wade, not to worry on the noise. I have a four year old daughter and two 16 week old Jack Russell puppies running around in my house. My office is also in my house.
Talk to you in the morning.
Wade

Question: Shipper I see you are getting alot of advice. We are available to pick this up on Monday morning and have to you by thurday(weather permitting). Our bid would include all tolls and permits needed to move this boat. We also keep the axles greased and the tires checked every fuel stop.you will be given the cell number to stay in contact. and we fully insure your boat and trailer and will provide you with that upon acceptance. If you are interested our bid would be 4255.98 thanks ddonaldson Marine Transport (4/11/2008)

Response: Hello Again,
Let's get this done, the price is right and the dates would be fantastic for me.
Wade (4/11/2008)

Response: Wade sorry we are having storms here and power is of and on. I will put the bid in now thanks ddonaldson (4/11/2008)

Question: permits are only required if the boat is wider than 13 feet, and over 12'6". Do you have photos of this boat and trailer and exact HxWxL this would greatly help. (4/11/2008)

Response: Hello,
I was told that anything over 8'6 need to have permits. The boat and trailer from hitch to back of enginges is 30feet, the width is 9'6 and the height does not exceed 12'6. Ther trailer is a 2004 venture, it was checked over last week and is ready for travel. New tires, working brakes, good bearings, ready to go.
Wade (4/11/2008)

Response: No, its 12' average this is due to the width of lanes for safety. I spoke to my son and he said he can go as early as Tuesday if this works. What are we doing wade? (4/11/2008)

Response: Is that pick up Tuesday or leave Tuesday pick up Wed. (4/11/2008)

Response: My mistake, I just got off the phone we would still aim for 25th or sooner possibly the 18th. I thought he could do it but he cannot till then, sorry. (4/11/2008)

Response: So here is where I'm at. I am waiting to hear back from a few other guys with earlier pick up dates. Like Monday or Tuesday which works WAY better for me. Gets my boat here earlier with more time to get the work done on it that I need to get done.
The 18th would be much better for me, not sure what is happening on your end that you are so unsure as to when you can pick up.
Wade (4/11/2008)

Response: I say those dates because we have other accounts revolving for pick ups and deliveries. I can make you a great deal but I'm not sure if you are completely ready for shipment to be picked up. If you desperately need it picked up Mon or Tues, I can commit to Tuesday but that would not give you enough time to pay for our service in advance. However I will commit to this coming Thursday if you can get me payment in full asap and it clears. I can get the invoice started and prepared upon payment and contact the person in charge for instructions of location of your boat. I wait your feedback so if this works I will need to know asap. (4/11/2008)

Response: Hey there,
Sorry but not interested in a full payment prior to arrival. Not sure what kind of payments you will take but I am not willing to pay in full up front. Every other service provider is paid upon arrival.
Wade (4/11/2008)

Response: I understand, I would go as far as half now and half on arrival, but it's too much of an expense in gas and time for someone to stand us up, which has happened before. So I would be willing to accept half now and half on arrival to secure our promise. (4/11/2008)

Response: Sorry,
Every other service provider takes full payment upon delivery. That is the way I am going to do it. Sorry that it may not work out but I thought you were already making the trip to Seattle with a motor bike? (4/11/2008)

Response: I respect your thought on this and wish you the best in your move. If we can help you please contact us. (4/11/2008)
