Additional Information: This boat is sitting in a marina in Erie Pa. and needs to be moved to my home in Kellogg, Ia. It is sitting on a cradle and the weight shown does not include it. The mast is approx. 7' longer than the boat and must repositioned to move. There isn't a trailer so it will have to be moved on a flat bed or your trailer. I will make arrangements for the boat to be loaded and unloaded on your arrival.

Question: Hello. I have a new opening next week if you could be ready. I'm not sure I can get the cradle on my sailboat trailer. Cost would be 2000. Please check my feedback under "fsmann" and thankyou for your consideration. Brian (6/26/2006)

Response: I am going to need the cradle as I don't have a trailer yet. The boat can be ready next week but $2000 is a little more than I want to spend. Thanks for looking at it. (6/26/2006)

Question: is the cradle that it is on going with it? and how do you hold the boat to the cradle is it made for straps? (6/30/2006)

Response: The cradle that it is sitting on is the one coming back with it. How you strap it down is a good question. I thought the best way would be to fix the cradle to a trailer then strap the boat to the cradle. But that is just a guess as I have not seen the setup in person. (6/30/2006)

Question: Could you give me the dimensions of the cradle? It may either fit my trailer with the boat on it or possibly in the back of my truck. I will work with you on the cost as I still have an opening this coming week. Thanks, Brian "fsmann" (7/1/2006)

Response: The size of the cradle is approx. 5' wide and 9' long. I have more photos that show the set up and could email them to you if it would help. (7/1/2006)

Question: I was just out looking over my rig and it occured to me that your cradle could be set on 2x6's across the bed of my truck and strapped down. I would like to pick up the boat at noon or close to it on Weds and have her delivered to you by noon or early afternoon on Thurs. I will place my bid under "fsmann". Thanks, Brian (7/1/2006)

Question: I would like to make this run for you. Please take into consideration the costs of transporting a boat ie.. fuel @3.00 a gal., tolls, two nights out, food, liability and cargo ins., wear and tear on the equipment, 8% Uship fees. Response: The bid of $1575 is accepted. The only problem we may have is the guy who moves the boats at the marina is gone till Wednesday morninig and the boat is stored way in the back where it is not easily got at. The person we talked to at the marina still didn't think it would be a problem but we won't know untill Wednesday AM. (7/2/2006)
