Question: Hello Shipper, I would love the opportunity to earn your business as a backhaul from VA. When will the shipment be ready for transport. I am currently in NY headed to VA and can pickup when you are ready and can also stay up to a week if you are not ready. Response: My company bought the trailer on ebay. I am arranging payment and title. Probably a week or two would be best, as I'm looking to get a couple things done before shipment which I could delay. 1) Can you supply temporary plates? 2) Distance is close to 2880 miles. 3) I am more concerned about price than delivery time. Response: Phillip, I am checking for authorization. We will need a certificate of insurance for a non-owned trailer naming Aurora Biofuels, Inc. as beneficiary. (This is either free or about $50 from your insurance carrier. Cargo insurance actually does not cover this.) Please confirm you will do this.
