Giving this site is allowed per Uship rules. http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/safety-security/eta/part390.htm states over 10,000# combination, which is vehicle gross sticker + trailer gross sticker. At that weight rating (which is not the scale weight of truck and boat but the sticker gross weight) transporters need MC# & DOT #.
