Response: Hi Randy-There wasn't a choice in reason field to indicate received a lower bid from another carrier. I am a new user to the site and still getting the hang of it. The story is my mother left Texas to care for her mother. I had to clean out her apartment and really hadn't planned on the expense and my business is very slow so money is tight.
