Boat on trailer. Trailer tagged? Trailer in serviced and driveable, roadworthy condition? When (this week) could this go?

Response: Boat currently in water. Trailer tagged and on site. Interested in moving toward end of September. Trailer is in road-worthy condition; however, i am uncertain whether the slide brake is functional. I've never driven the trailer. Thx8/21/2011
