Question: If boat can be transported sooner, I have a truck in Barstow now empty. Rose Pack, rpack41. (7/28/2006)
Response: that would be fine but at what price. also, boat has been on trailer for some time.not sure how long, seller said last haul went fine but was unsure of the lighting. if you tow it, i'd need a little time to get a spare tire or two and see if the trailer bearings were current with grease.this trailer is not equiped with brakes (7/28/2006)
Question: I spoke with driver(my husband) and he would rather not tow it with no brakes on trailer. He stated; it would be to rough on the brakes of the 1 ton, with as many large hills, between PU and destination. Sorry. I am sure there is someone equipped to handle it. Response: i talked to the seller about it. he said it was most likely 9 to a little over 10. he also said that all the times he had towed it that he never needed to get a permit. it's a standard two axle tandem trailer.the boat can't be wider than the tires. (7/30/2006)
