Response: Yes it can. The boat is close to new and I assume the trailer is also. Don't know if the tie down is sufficient. You may have to check. (10/18/2009)
Question: Make sure anyone you use has thier DOT and MC athority. It is illegal to transport anything for hire with out these. In addition without these athorities there insurance will not cover your boat. (10/18/2009)
